a search-and-rescue mission are under way for seven marines. their helicopter crashed during a routine training exercise between pensacola and destin. in the meantime those could it be cruel and unusual punishment or just an alternate execution procedure? utah lawmakers voted yesterday to bring back the use of executions by firing squad. as long as legal injections are unavailable at least 30 days before the scheduled execution. the measure passed 18-10 and the sponsor of the bill spent 45 seconds explaining it. no one asked him any questions or asked to speak. the bill now goes to republican governor. he's not said whether he'll sign the measure. according to the death penalty information center there's been

republicans. when democrats started to erode i think she felt she needed to put that back together. she probably handled that with yesterday's press conference. >> crypts naturally had their view on the press conference but you've studied her and done some research. did she come off very presidential during this press conference? >> you know i think yes in a way. that presidents have a tendency to look annoyed when being asked questions by the media that they don't think are legitimate. she came off presidential in that way. it's hard certainly in the middle of a scandal to look your best as a presidential candidate, you know scandal. there's no real smoking gun here. nobody knows of any bad e-mail or any misuse or abuse. i think, you know the question is the extent to which voters care whether there's one set of rules for hillary clinton and another set for everybody else. but i'm not sure the average
