the republican letter you know the one washington has been talking about from the second it was signed and sent to iran. the white house is saying that letter about a possible nuclear deal is actually putting the secretary of state in a bad position during these latest round of talks which are taking place right now. the top administration official says iran has confronted the united states about the letter for two days in a row and the official says quote, those kind of distractions aren't helpful when we're talking about something so serious. "the new york times" is reporting that iran has advanced weapons to fight against isis. the u.s. is concerned that that could only increase tensions in the area. and that news comes as an iraqi official admits that their offensive to claim a ra crete that has talled after two weeks. iraq is reporting a large number of casualties.

there are signs that hillary clinton's e-mail controversy may be impacting the bid for president. a new cnn research poll shows americans are now split over how serious the use of her private e-mail server is but a majority don't believe she's done enough to explain why she used it and more damaging the favorable has fallen since november. he's down from six points a year ago when it comes to whether americans consider her honest and trustworthy. but clinton does get better marks on other marks. 57% they would be proud to have her as president. men while she took to twitter to address bogging down a human trafficking bill by including a provision on abortion.

meanwhile, in the race for the republican nomination a new poll shows name recognition is a big blessing. jeb bush and mike huckabee the most familiar names with the republicans and they have the highest favorable rating but check out chris christie. the name recognition is 71% but his net favorable doesn't crack double digits. to ferguson now. a a man accused of shooting to police officers. jeffrey williams says police say has admitted to firing the police officers didn't make a statement. he didn't even enter a plea. he faces felony assault charges that could amount to life in prison. and meanwhile his attorney said he didn't think his client was involved in the shooting and suggested the police may have used excessive force during the
