and that is what he told me. but i haven't talked to this guy yet and right now i'm technically your attorney. so it is up to you. if you tell me that you don't want me to be your attorney, then i can withdraw. but i would suggest we do that simultaneous with the new attorney taking over your case. you are going to be up for a bond review later this week, when you are actually arraigned. it will be your felony arraignment and it will be an opportunity for bond review. i don't know that they are going to reduce your bond though. >> they know what they are doing. they know i'm no threat. they're just pricks because they can. they don't like me. it's that simple. i guarantee it. you can watch my youtube channel. i'm a decent guy. fun loving, whatever. >> i've reviewed. >> there's nothing there. nobody can read that quote and think i was there to shatter lives. it's not right what they're doing. this should not happen in the united states of america. it was my personal facebook page. i didn't throw it out there for the world to see. >> i understand that. i'm with you --

attorney to take over his case. and that appears to be what the situation is going to be. because of the publicity of the case and because the reds are the victim. and in cincinnati that is a big deal. >> i hate the system. i mean, this stuff should not happen in the united states of america. you know, in canada this wouldn't happen. in any civilized country in this world i wouldn't be sitting here talking to you. and here i am almost two weeks into jail for what? for trespassing? everybody knows it is [ bleep ]. these people going after me know it is [ bleep ]. they don't care. >> why do they do it? >> they don't like me. they don't care this could destroy, destroy my wife, my kids, my kids future. they don't care. >> christina and her friend daniele just spent the night in jail's intake after being arrested and charged for content

2:40 am
i have no respect like this at all. >> i appreciate that. so at this time i'm accepting your apologies. i think in the future if you are ever in a courtroom you will be respectful. i'm going to give you credit for the one day served and i'm letting you go right now. >> thank you. >> thank you. >> thank you counsels for being present. >> we get to go home. >> to our babies. >> how do you guys feel right now? >> good. >> good, relieved. this morning we talked by ourselves for a little while. and. >> we knew what we did was wrong. >> it was wrong. we apologize. >> we shouldn't have did that. i mean, she was only doing her job. but it was mean -- >> she did her job. >> would have locked you up too. i'd have locked us up too. >> you understand why they kept you right? >> yes. >> yes. >> take a right. they have to protect the court

2:47 am
sexton's newly hired attorney is present in the courtroom to speak on his behalf. >> standing right there. see them? >> yeah. >> next to the prosecutor. >> number 87. troy sexton. >> troy sexton, you have been indicted with one count burglary. have you received a copy of your indictment? >> yes, i got it yesterday. >> and how do you plead? >> he pleads not guilty. >> anything else? >> yes, judge. we would just like to address the issue of bond briefly, sir. >> yes, sir. >> it's currently 75,000 straight, your honor. we're asking the court to consider making the bond a 10% bond, perhaps 75,000 to 10%. >> judge i have here that the defendant had been previously banned from the ballpark and he started posting some disturbing messages on social media. he actually follows the dodger
2:48 am
team and the dodgers became aware of the items he was posting on social media, at which point they contacted the ballpark to put them on alert. he was saying things like i hope people are sorry for what i'm about to do. i know i'm shattering lives tonight and in the next couple i days i don't expect the -- victims to ever forgive me but maybe god will come judgment day. he was not supposed to be back at the ballpark. somehow was able to get in. started causing a disturbance yet again. wouldn't tell officers who he was or any identifying information. and at this point he wasn't cooperating. we'd ask you keep the bond the same. >> i'll make this 10%. but i'll make some conditions. one, he is not to enter any one, he is not to enter my baseball park, whether major league, minor league, college, anything like that. and if this doesn't get wrapped up until football season
2:49 am
starts, you're not to go to any football games. let's just make it any sporting events. you stay away from all stadiums or any sporting events being played. all right? >> thank you your honor. >> thank you. >> i mean it's down to 10%. so that is a good thing. they really -- to me that was like so overdramatic. it really sounded like, oh my god this guy is terrible. he did something awful. >> what sexton didn't realize until today was that someone from the team he loves so much was actually the one who turned him in. >> after all these years there must be some -- a few dumb people in the organization. a few dummies that don't get it. i'm gonna call my dad and see if -- i'm sure he's got the

the phone. he's on his way down here. it's just i guess a matter of paperwork and getting the message up to sexton, pack your [ bleep ] you're going home. it's a good feeling but still have a lot of issues to deal with back at home and still here. so it is not as great a feeling as one might think. >> six months before getting this current charge, sexton was arrested for driving under the influence, which violated his probation for making false 911 calls. >> there is a chance i could go back to jail when i get home. leave here and 24 hours from now i could be in jail in west virginia. it's really not funny. i don't know why i'm laughing. >> but it's reality. >> yeah, it is. i'll find out when i get back. be done with it.
2:56 am
>> 17 days. i've been waiting for that. >> get out of here. go home boy. >> hey stay off of facebook, man. >> stay away from the internet. >> stay away from great american ballpark. watch that on tv. google it or something. >> do i just leave this here? >> finally going home it looks like. i'll finally be out in the sunshine. >> all right, sexton, come on. let's go. >> yeah it does feel good. it always feels good when you are getting released from jail. a lot different than what you are entering. >> see your arm band, sir. >> once all said and done i probably won't make a video telling my side of the story. this is what really happened. and i have no regrets about going to that baseball game two weeks ago. i never thought this would happen. i just didn't think it was that bad what i did.

2:59 am
scared i could never be. what it is is i'm scared that i'm always going to be dreaming about my daughter. that's the only thing that scare me. because every day is like, wow, she gone. and that's what kills me the most. i want to tell the kids out there, don't play with guns. guns kill people. whether you like it or not. whether it's accident or not, they gonna put you where you belong. leave the guns alone. that is my story.
