bombing. today seven women and five men will decide whether he is legally responsible and their decision could launch a new trial with his life in the balance. as jurors review the testimony of dozens of exhibits attorneys are already begun outlining their cases. it will decide whether he lives or dies. in closing arguments both parts agreed he took part in the bombing, but they disagree how involved he was. the government told jurors tsarnaev brought terror to main street. eight-year-old martin richard died in the blast. tsarnaev so committed to jihad that he calmly bought milk after the attack and wrote about his actions after he did it.

a judge has given her permission to serve divorce papers through a facebook message. also this morning kentucky senator rand paul is expected to announce his plans to run for president in 2016. he posted this message on twitter late monday writing, quote, we must take our country back. stay tuned april 7th at noon and new overnight. arizona senator john mccain told nbc news he plans to pursue a sixth term on capitol hill. he tells nbc. i am more than ready. in some ways i am eager. tracie potts is live for us. >> reporter: we'll know by lunchtime the official word from rand paul running for president. he's supposed to make his announcement in kentucky. then he's headed up to early primary states. he has touted himself as someone who thinks libertarian is a

the big weather story over the next couple of days is going to be the swooefrt threat. it will be wednesday, thursday, friday friday. this is going to be very isolated. the areas in orange are scattered storms. the red are the stronger storms. as far as the tornadoes, the best chance of tornadoes will be in the slight risk area. that is going to be here from oklahoma city to wichita, omaha, almost into st. louis across the kansas city region. i don't expect a lot of tornadoes on wednesday but we will see isolated strong tornadoes. there will probably be hundreds of storm chasers in this region watching the storms. as far as thursday goes that's the peak of the outbreak and we'll watch it from dallas back toward areas of illinois. the worst of it looks to be
