the indianapolis colts in the game by deflating the balls, making them easier to handle. it is painting the star quarter back tom brady in a harsh light. nbc has the details in massachusetts. >> reporter: tom brady addressed the public in january and denied any involvement in what's become known as deflate gaitte. >> i've always played within the rules. i would never do anything to break the rules. i believe in fair play and respect the league. >> an nfl investigation found it is more probable than not that the quarterback was at least generally aware of the inappropriate activities. the report said patriots personnel were involved in a deliberate effort to break the rules that a locker room attendant and equipment assistant participated in an effort to release air from the

"the new york times" is reporting this morning that hillary clinton will begin personally courting donors for a super pac supporting her presidential bid. the times claims it is the first time a presidential candidate has accepted it. clinton allies hope she can raise between 200 million to $300 million putting them on par with the republican aligned super pac, american cross roads which they spent that amount in 2012. we report clinton met with donors yesterday and will meet with more in los angeles. this after clinton said that campaign finance reform is one of the four big fights she wants to take on as a candidate. >> we need to fix our political system and get unaccountable money out of it once and for

and that the planes were not being used to monitor activity protected by the first amendment. it comes as the mayor calls on the u.s. justice department to launch a full investigation of the city's police department. >> we have to get it right. failure is not on option. in order to achieve the kind of sustainable and significant reform that we want to see, that i want to see, that the citizens want to see in baltimore, i am requesting the department of justice conduct a federal pattern or practice investigation into the baltimore police department. we have to have a foundation of trust and i believe that we need the assistance of the department of justice and the civil rights investigation to shore up the foundation that is weak right now in our city. >> and maryland governor has lifted the state of emergency that went into effect in the

but he's all right and everyone has a good laugh. look at the size of that shoe. shaq, thank god he's okay. let's get a check on your weather with bill karins. bill you said yesterday that they didn't think the weather was going to be too severe in the midwest but it got bad. >> we call that an overachiever. it's may. it's the peak season. we were expecting some tornadoes but not 50 to be reported in one day. that's how it happens. as far as predictions go in weather, winter storms hurricanes, a lot easier to predict than thunderstorms and what the form is. the pictures out of the area it was scary. from about 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. everyone from oklahoma city, these storms were southwest of the area and coming up interstate 44. there was big and strong tornadoes. a lot of these lifted and got a little weaker but the time they made it to norman and moore.

a scary situation. and the rain was tremendous. oklahoma city about 7 to 8 inches of rain. water rescues ongoing. they had dive teams in one area trying to get to people stuck in cars. i'm mazed we haven't heard of any fatalities from the storms. bad ones in kansas too that did a lot of damage. this was day one. this is a four-day severe weather outbreak with saturday being the worst. it only takes one to hit a town and be the worst. as far as the number and coverage of severe strong storms north of the dallas area. driving north, keep that in mind. here's the risk area today. we get severe in the morning. it's dying off. then it fires back up late in the afternoon and will continue into the evening hours. kansas oklahoma texas, this is the same area the next four days. it's not going to spread across the country much. we'll see, again, a few tornadoes again today likely west of dallas into northern texas. then we do it on friday.

16 million people. enhanced risk is orange. every category is a little worse. saturday we put this red coloring in here. that's a moderate risk of severe storms. that could go up to high risk by the time we get there. rare three days out that we get this large of an area in a moderate risk. that's a big concern. the difference is when like yesterday we had a couple strong tornadoes. they weren't on the ground lock and didn't last long. by the time we get to saturday we could have strong tornadoes that are called long trek tornadoes that are on the ground for a long time. these are traditionically the deadliest and scariest ones. it's going to be a long four days here in the middle of the country. >> let's hope for the best especially in the community of moore. they got hit hard a few years ago. >> everyone couldn't believe they had a hard tornado headed for them. >> they just rebuilt. let's hope for the best. first flash flood warning in oklahoma city as well.
