released new details. we have learned that three weeks ago based on social media postings and messages, the fbi put him on 24 -hour surveillance. they were watching as he went online ordering three knives with long blades from amazon. they say they met last sunday and talked about a plan to behead a victim. they say he changed his plan saying in a wiretapped phone call that he wanted to attack police tuesday or wednesday adding i'm just going to go after them those boys in blue because it's the easiest target. alarmed by that call the fbi decided to break cover and question him before he got on a bus with one of his knives. officials revealed that when five boston police officers and fbi agents approached he drew this knife and refused to drop it. hoping to calm community leaders, boston police showed them surveillance video of the

shooting. those who saw it called it inconclusive but disputed a claim by the suspect's brother that he was shot in the back while talking to his dad on the cell phone. >> what the video shows is that the individual was not on the cell phone or shot in the back. >> reporter: one of the men the fabz says was in on the plot appeared in federal court was arrested late yesterday after his house was searched. >> we say hi to them every day and they're out to hurt us hurt the police. >> reporter: wright was charged with encouraging the suspect. >> that was peel williams reporting. the duggars are speaking out for the first time since reports of sexual abuse allegations against their eldest son, josh. the duggers sat down for an exclusive interview.

they say when their son was a minor he improperly touched five victims including four of his younger sisters and another person outside of the family. >> 12 years ago we went through one of the most darkest times that our family has ever gone through and our son josh came to us on his own and he was crying and he had just turned 14 and he said that he had actually improperly touched some of our daughters. and it was -- >> we were shocked. we were devastated. i don't think any parent is prepared for a trauma like that. >> the duggars say none of their daughters was aware of what happened saying the girls were asleep at the time. it wasn't until josh admitted to touching one of his very young sisters that the parents sought help outside of the home. >> that same day he just was weeping and shared immediately what he had done and so we were weeping and the little one was

labs in 17 states and three countries. twice as many as first reported. >> we expect this number may rise. >> reporter: the pentagon is testing more than 400 samples, four so far tested positive for live anthrax. this is how the samples were shipped packed in dry ice and sealed containers via fedex. >> the chances of getting anthrax in the form they were in is virtually null. >> reporter: 31 lab workers are being medicated as a precaution. the military and cdc are trying to figure out how samples that were tested still contained live spores. >> those tests did not detect the presence of live anthrax. we need to know why. >> reporter: the cdc is expected to halt all anthrax shipments until they figure out what one official calls a complete mystery. back here koch is expecting to get an update in a few days. we saw a statement from some

own platform in a debate the last time around. >> can i see a situation where he comes and says i'm here to announce -- oops. >> i forgot what i was going to say. >> well the truth is is that he's been trying to overcome that but any number of successful candidates including bill clinton had been ridiculed he made a speech that was so long that he was pretty much laughed out of the party and that he ended up getting the nomination the next time around. can rick perry overcome that? sure. will he? he's been studying how to be a president, sort of president for dummyies and we'll see if it's taken. >> bob, this is a man who had quite a successful career in texas. he's got a lot under his belt. when it comes to running, there is a chance here though. you have to admit that. >> it depends on how you define success. rick perry and the republicans would say because the state has had a very positive employment
