curly tut's stay at the suffolk county jail has been marked by violence. the disciplinary board recently gave tut 20 days on lockdown status for fighting which he said was retaliation for having food stolen from him. >> he can't keep his hands to himself. >> officials say when he initiated another fight they decided to take more drastic steps, 60 days on lockdown,
