ground beef and palmer passed meat to the prisoners. she pleaded not guilty to contraband charges. here's his attorney discussing that alleged part of the plot. >> he passed the hamburger meat. he shouldn't have done it. he had no knowledge there was contraband other than the meat. he had no knowledge mitchell had hidden contraband on the inside of the meat. he's gone on record saying he had no knowledge they were escaping. he passed a polygraph test. he had no knowledge these two individuals were going to attempt escape. >> an official at the jail said palmer posted jail and released just after midnight. a second hearing is scheduled 4:00 p.m. today. it comes as the search continues in the densely wooded town of owl's head new york 20 miles

it comes as the associated presses obtained a draft dock thamt shows the u.s. is ready to send iran high-tech nuclear equipment if a deal is reached. critics say the deal makes many concessions. it is now warned a possible deal may fall short of what the white house considers an agreement a long term freeze on nuclear research and demanding all sanctions be lifted before iran signs an agreement. kerry says it will not have effect on negotiations. let's turn to business. stocks appear to be down after a down day wednesday. the dow lost 178 points. s&p down 16 and nasdaq 38 points in the hole. whole foods market shares fell

after the company was accused of overcharging customers. we go to london. these charges against whole foods for overcharging customers. >> the department of consumer affairs did an investigation. they took 80 different products that were prepackaged in eight stores in the new york area. what they found was the weights were wrong and mostly customers were overcharged. what's that led to is effectively claims against whole food over misrepresentation on goods. whole food not having a bit of it. they've come up with their own response. let me read this to you. we disagree with the consumer affairs overreaching allegations and we are vigorously defending ourselves. we cooperated fully with the dca
