for years. he told police in a statement matt gave him paintings and information about other inmate miss exchange for paintings. palmer burned and buried the paintings when he discovered the inmates had escaped. he wasn't at home today. his friends and family are in shock. >> what was his reaction to being arrested? >> just kind of surprised. >> according to court documents, the favors began two years ago smuggling in paint and paint brushes for matt acrylics for sweat. palmer told police he allowed sweat access to alter the wiring in the cat walk to cook in his cell. on four separate occasions he gave him needle nose pliers and a screwdriver. matt and sweat used the cat walk as part of the escape walk. may 29th joyce mitchell left him a package in the freezer and directed him to give it to matt.

affordable care act came out. that wasn't enough to offset uncertainty on greek bail outs. european leaders failed to strike a deal. we'll get to greece in a moment. let's start with the markets and how the health industry responded to that decision from the supreme court yesterday. >> yeah the very important issue you've got to bear in mind is this is about tax subsidies and providing some areas of support to those who want health insurance. so it's critical for the health care industry because obviously it confirms there will be strong numbers of individuals who seek that health care and they will get financial support through the affordable health care act. the results of that court upholding the current arrangements is is that we saw a big rally across the health care sector. one company in particular that

saw the share price rise 12% as a result of the court action taken. this was very supportive for the health care sector as a whole. back to what is moving markets at the moment. even as we saw strength in that area area, we did see support ebbing away through the day as people watched the prospects of a greek deal being negotiated. we still do not have a deal. technical talks continue today. angela merkel is putting on pressure and says we want to see this signed off over the weekend. tuesday is a deadline because greeks have a significant amount to pay back to imf on tuesday. it represents a deadline of sorts. back to you. >> let me ask you quickly about lulu lemon, a popular retailer once again issuing a recall. what's the story behind that recall? >> these are the metal or hard
