but his momentary fre come was short lived. this morning he's back behind bars. police found him walking along a highway and just as it was in the case of the two new york escapees, he may have had help. a 33-year-old kitchen worker is being charged with harboring a fugitive. also among the charges, having sex with an inmate and providing a cell phone. to a terrible tragedy in massachusetts where a small plane crashed into a home in plainville. all three passengers on the plane were killed. amazingly, the four family members inside the house safely escaped before fire engulfed it which was sparked by the crash. >> anyone that was anywhere near that crash scene at the time of the crash was in great peril. it's amir call that the occupants were able to get away from the house unscathed. it could have been a lot worse tonight. >> absolutely it could. that part of the town reportedly
