minute. there are humorous e-mails including one exchange with a long time aid where clinton appears to be unfamiliar with using a fax machine. she said quote, i thought it was supposed to be off the hook to work. we're following breaking news this morning from greece. word of a possible deal to extend the country's bailout program. let's go to athens where julia is standing by with the latest. possibly good news on the horizon? >> reporter: quite possibly could be. what we're hearing in the last few minutes is that the greek government may have decided to concede on all points they've been fighting over back and forth for the last few months giving all the ground they've tried to protect. what we don't know at this stage is whether or not the creditors are willing to accept that. there's a lack of trust between the creditors and greek governments at this stage. what we also don't know is whether or not this weekend's

referendum this, vote we're talking about is going to go ahead. difficult for the greek prime minister to turn around and go guys, i'm going to do a youu-turn, call it off. he's been pushing the no europe vote. can he turn around and go actually guy, i'm going to vote yes? there's lots of unknowns at this stage. the point mentioned, a far bigger issue going on here the greek people. what we've seen is huge atms full of people trying to get pension money out. there's a real concern people are going to run out of money, not be able to get money out by the end of the week. with all this going on greek people continue to suffer. we'll have to wait and see if this is a credible deal. >> the campaign ran on measures
