i'm going to keep the money and condemn him. a north carolina poll shows trump as the leader there with jeb bush and scott walker tied for second. let's turn to business and latest reminder technology has limits. front page of "usa today" sums it up. glitch nation. technical difficulties caused the new york stock exchange to halt for four hours. it happened as officials were trying to get to the bottom of another technical issue that forced united airlines to ground all flights across the globe. even the wall street journal website went down for a short period of time. everyone was probably speculating this was the result of a cyber attack or anything more sinister. has foul play been officially ruled out in all these separate incidents? >> the u.s. government has said this was not a series of coordinated cyber attacks.

they say this was a series of major glitches in the system and that's all it was. this didn't stop wild speculation particularly on wall street as to the source of problems we saw yesterday including the tweets from the anonymous hacking group saying they were behind the problems with the stock exchange. the group hasn't denied involvement in the incidents over the last 48 hours. this is just indicative of larger conversation many analysts say is going to have to be had about the safety and security of international markets and also international communications systems as well. all this adding to tension we saw on wall street. >> if that wasn't making markets jittery enough with technical issues, there's the crisis in greece and china. what's the latest on those toronto fronts? we saw them putting pressure on u.s. stocks yesterday. many analysts telling me china

is the bigringing bigger story. we're seeing the greek market. we can expect the prime minister to add to that when he is expected to announce new reform package ahead of the deadline this weekend. >> thank you from london for that update. personal data of millions and millions of federal workers dating back 20 years was stolen when hack areas broke in the office of personnel management network. that's according to fbi corrector james combey. he added his own information had been stolen in that intrusion. the breech was reported last month. james clapper suggested it was carried out by chinese hackers. chinese government and officials have denied any involvement. morning the baltimore police department is under new leadership as murders continue

to rise in that city. stephanie raw lings-blake announced the firing of anthony batts. there have been 156 murders in baltimore this year. tragic number. a 50% increase over last year. more than half occurred after the death of freddie gray. with so much attention on that case the major says the department has lost focus on the mission of fighting crime. >> it is with the upmost urgency that we get the crime surge under control. when the focus is on repeatedly on the leadership on who supports the leader who doesn't support the leader that's attention we're all taking away from the essential work we all have to do together. >> the city's deputy police commissioner kevin davis has been named intern commissioner. yesterday he outlined his

priorities. >> as we focus on the crime fight, particularly on violent repeat offenders, focus on necessary relationships we need to have with our community, it's not enforcement relationship. it's a servant relationship. turning overseas diplomats will be able to reach a deal with iran. tomorrow is the latest deadline to reach agreement. officials are officials are suggestions that talks could go through the weekend. the president told a group of senators that the odds of agreement are quote less than 50-50. iranian and russian media have exchanges. one between secretary of state john kerry and iran's foreign minister was reportedly so loud an american aid stepped in. germany's foreign minister told his counter part quote, seems like you had a constructive

jpp's finger has been reportedly amputated following a fireworks incident on july 4th. paul's future manyin the league remains unclear since he's yet to sign his franchise tenner. there's a chance the team could resend the offer. bucs quarterback cj wilson reportedly also lost two fingers in a fireworks mishap. he's in the final season of a two year deal. english premiere league has announced ten year partnership with the nfl agreeing to host minimum of two regular season games per year starting when the season opens in 2018 in london. nfl will continue to play game at the stadium which will host three this upcoming season. more sad news. top ranked rory mcelroy will not

the real threat is going to be winds. look for airport delays to start to form today. this is temperature wise. last day of extreme heat to the west. temperatures start to ease. that's certainly going to be nice. temperatures running 15 to 20 degrees above normal. now through the middle of the country, we've actually seen a cool start to july. temperatures running 5 to 10 below normal. chicago in the 70s. today about 76 degrees once again. then those temperatures will start to warm up and reflect more july-like temperatures by the end of the weekend. up and down the east coast, it is going to be very warm and sticky. again with thunderstorms around the i-95 corridor later this afternoon. >> sad news is after yesterday's airport delays because of the technical glitch the possibility of more airline delays is frustrating for those travelers.

none other than louis joining us from the control room. >> one california water district says it has figured out who's been taking water from the high hydrant hydrant. they're suing tom selleck. the suit claims on multiple occasions dating back to 2013, a filled up a hydrant and hauled water to selleck's 60 acre property. the truck was spotted on four days filling up and taking water back to selleck's ranch. the district is suing selleck for money it spent on the real private investigator and handing down the order to stop using the district's water. selleck doesn't face criminal charges that the point. he hasn't responded to request for comment. it's unknown if he has anything to do with the tanker truck. the guy has made a legendary contribution to the mustache.
