now to major developments in greek debt crisis. leaders say they have received a reform plan to work with. it calls for harsh austerity measures for exchange with $33.5 billion bailout package. hadly has developments in london. what can you tell us about this deal and anything new from the past that was offered? >> what we've seen is greek prime minister saying he's ready to compromise. if you look at the reform deal submitted before midnight over night, that's what greece is prepared to do. talking major concessions, not just on taxes but also overhaul of the greek pension system. this has been a major sticking point over the last several weeks. all of this in a bid to secure $59 billion u.s. it comes in a nick of time as well. banks have been closed. lines have been long, and shops
