should drop out of the race. >> thank you tracie. we appreciate that. new video shedding more light on the death of a woman in police custody in texas. her name is sandra bland. she was arrested after a traffic stop and then found dead in her jail cell. this video shows the controversial traffic stop. >> the dash cam video of sandra bland's arrest outside houston. this is a portion of that video. >> get out now. >> wow. for a failure to signal? really. right. yeah. >> the arrest report said bland became combative and uncooperative. the dash cam video is one of a string of clips about this case. this cell phone video unconfirmed by nbc that her family says shows the arrest.

three days later, she was found in a jail cell hanging from a plastic trash can liner. >> we believe those questions will be part of the investigation. >> in a facebook post in march, bland talked about her mental state. >> i'm suffering from something that some of you all may be dealing with is with now. it's little bit of depression as well as ptsd. >> her family says she was never treated for depression. it's treated now as a homicide investigation. >> i've asked for testing on trash bag recovered, fingerprints run, touch dna tests done on the trash bag. >> her family lays her to rest this weekend in chicago. >> the 52 minute video shows her

arrest was posted online yesterday. late last night, officials are looking into alleged i hadedits to that video. an out of control truck smashes into a car deal ir ship in massachusetts. a speeding truck hits a telephone pole and rolls over cars in the dealership. six cars and two boats are a total loss. the driver faces driving while drunk and destruction of property. an 18-year-old from connecticut could be in trouble with faa after posting video of a drone with a gun attached to it. the footage appears to show the gun discharge several times while the drone is flying a few feet off the ground. the 18-year-old and his father did extensive research before assembling the drone to make sure they weren't breaking laws.

coming up on 20 past the hour, time for your wednesday edition of "scrambled politics." then there were 16. ohio governor john kasich is officially a gop nominee for president. according to the latest polling action, he won't qualify for the august prime time debate in his own home state. two weeks from tomorrow. only the top ten republican candidates will be a part of that group. as tabulated from five polls, kasich will be part of that kid's table, a debate for candidates who don't bhakmake the top ten. rand paul has been relatively quiet of late. now a video of him burning pages of tax code putting it through the woodchiper and taking a chainsaw to it to promote his tax idea. meanwhile senator cruz released an ad of his own called
