clinton's campaign says she will turn over the e-mail server she used while secretary of state. there was resistance handing over the serve isser. the lawyer for clinton claimed there was no basis for the third party review of the server. the former secretary of state said she exchanged 60 million e-mails, hundreds that were discarded. the others were turned over for review and release. senior members of congress were reportedly told some messages are more sensitive than previously reported. two of four flagged are classified top secret. state department officials say they're determining whether they agree two were classified at the time they were sent. chuck grassly called for inspectors in the case to look into staff's use of server and four top aids have turned over records including copies of work e-mails on personal accounts. >> a shocking poll in new

hampshire this morning where bernie staanders is leading hillary clinton for the first time. the poll finds clinton trailing 44 to 37%. vice president joe biden takes 9% of those likely to vote in the democratic primary. on the republican side, we may start to see a post debate job for trump in early voting states. a poll in iowa shows trump with a 5 point lead over scott walker. senator marco rubio and ben carson also ranking high after the debate. here may be why. 62% of those polled watched last week's primary prime time republican debate. of those viewers, many found rubio and carson most impressive. just 11% said that about donald trump. asked how they felt about trump after last week's debate, more than half said they were less

productive. i won't force anybody to vote my way. i can simply argue my point of view and see if they accept it. stocks took a dive after china devalued currency against the u.s. dollar. dow plunged 200 points. oil hit a six year low. julia joins us live from london. this was a desperate move from what china expected and what analysts and investors are saying this morning. >> morning ayman. analysts are taking a step back and looking at the u.s. dollar and strength we've seen over the last few months against a bunch of currencies but not the chinese. it should have weakened and didn't. we could see significant weakening over the coming months. in line with that, we didn't only get a drop in value of currency monday night, we got one monday night as well, a 4% drop in last two days. unprecede unprecedented.

a lot of investors thinking this is desperation from the chinese in panic mode. we've got the european markets down 2-3%. oil is interesting. i want to point out, it did sell off yesterday. it's bouncing today. we'll see what u.s. investors do in a couple hours time to see if that gets sold off again. chinese say this is positive. we want to let the market decide. a lot of u.s. businesses saying this is deliberate attempt by the chinese to make exports cheaper at expense of u.s. officials. as far as authorities are concerned, they'll watch china incredibly closely. u.s. authorities look at international web of hackers and traders. they tapped into the service, read a bunch of reports, traded on them enabling $100 million worth of profits. they've been charged with a
