louisiana governor bobby jindal embraced trump's stance. others used cautious language. >> if a child is born here from immigrant -- illegal immigrant parents, they become citizens now. >> well of course our constitution has said over the course of time that's the case. i said recently that's got to be discussed in the entire reform package. >> well, you know we should talk about what it would take to get it changed. it would take passing a constitutional amendment to get that changed. this is part of our 14th amendment. honestly, we should put all our energies, all our political will over finally getting the border secured and fixing the legal immigration system. donald trump has part of it right. there's no question we should be defunding sanctuary cities if they won't enforce the laws. there's no question we should deport illegals who have committed major crimes.

biden's home state of delaware hopes so. markell quotes he absolutely supports him. a new report says top white house officials are concerned biden can't beat clinton and the loss would taint his image. one democratic source says, quote, i'm not getting a sense of joe biden caucus i think side the white house. the white house thinks he will ultimately decide not to run. harken is down playing the prospect that biden will launch what would be his third presidential bid. >> i can say in terms of joe biden, we haven't heard the last of him in terms of what he can offer to the united states in the future. but what this calls for right now is hillary clinton, it's time for a woman. past time as a matter of fact for a woman president. i think the field is out there, set right now.

i think when all is said and done, hillary clinton will win the iowa caucus, go on and win and be our nominee and be elected president. now to breaking news. reports a second explosion in bangkok. a local police sergeant tells associated press a device was thrown from a bridge and blown up from the ferry pier. no one was hurt. a man hunt for a possible suspect after a deadly bomb explosion killed 22 and injure 120 more yesterday. it happened in an upscale shopping neighborhood. the camera captured the explosion and chaos. thailand's prime minister is calling it worst attack ever in that country. no group has claimed responsible. let's turn to business. irs says is more taxpayers than

previously thought had data stolen from earlier this year. number is now up to 300,000 potential victims of that hack. cnbc nancy joins us from london. more people coming forward, more information. what's the deal? why is this happening now? that's right. the irs went back to november 2014 and discovered twice as many taxpayers were exposed. number is 330,000 that were actually access issed in those accounts. further, around 280,000. they think hackers tried to get into those accounts but prevented due to security measures in place. why this is significant, irs is under pressure after it revealed the cyber attacks for not acting quick enough. the reach was further than initially reported.

irs came out saying they're taking this data extremely seriously and we are working to continue to strengthen security for get transcript. this allows users to go back and access returns from previous years. the initial reports in may suggested these hacks could have originated in russia. >> this morning a new report is giving a fresh angle to this story. can you break that down for us? >> this morning we're getting a report based out of georgetown. good news for high end professionals seeking jobs. 44% added between 2002-2014 were high paying positions with salaries above $53,000. this is good news for higher level income bracket. also disputes reports suggesting a lot of job recovery is based on lower levels, sometimes temporary jobs.

as prosecutors we understand filed appeal papers yesterday seeking to elevate conviction to murder. now, if it is upgraded to murder, he would be sentenced to 15 years in prison. to new york. a scary moment for yankees. yankees pitcher brian mitchell took a live drive to the face. the rookie right hander exited the game and sent to the hospital where he was released with a small nasal fracture. he's expected to go on disabled list. yankees have a one game lead top of the al east. wish him a speedy recovery. to baltimore. after a ball is skied to center field, burns makes a leaping catch at the wall to rob davis of a home run. unfortunately the o's still win it 4-2. there was a special moment before last night's game. we love moments like this.

this is in baltimore. 5-year-old haley dawson who was born with a rare disorder that left her hand underdeveloped got to throw out the first pitch using her 3d prosthetic hand. very hard warming moment. you can see it folks. turning now out west. wildfires rage up and down the coast this morning. they've gotten so bad in some states the u.s. military has gotten involved and is trying to help with the fight against the fire. yesterday national guard troops were called to washington state. military personnel were mobilized in idaho. it's the first deployment of active duty soldiers to battle fires in nearly a decade. >> it may be the most ex employeex ploe ex employees -- explosives inferno.
