public but apparently had been classified or a version of it had been. they cover iran, russia, israel, china, cuba and number of hot spots around the world. this is part of the court ordered release. the state department saying they've released total of 13,000 pages. they plan to have the whole thing complete by the end of january. >> thanks. learning new details about the ambush of a houston deputy. it was described as an execution style killing. shannon miles, the man accused of shooting the deputy went before the judge. the deputy was shot 15 times. the shell casings from the scene match the .40 caliber weapon found. >> when deputies recovered the pistol in the garage it was loaded again.
