it's close to half electorate if not more going for political outsider. for republican party, it's interesting. it's no more of a contrast than to hillary clinton. if you're marco rubio to some extent or even someone like senator ted cruz, i think there could be an argument that should one of the non establishment candidates collapse, you could see some of those voters going in that direction. it's fascinating that 15 months out from election day, political outsiders have skyrocketed to top of the polls. >> quickly in 30 seconds we have remaining, clinton e-mails for a moment. today the buzz. what's the buzz in washington? >> the buzz is the scandal is only going to continue. the larger story is quite frankly when hillary clinton is on capitol hill testifying in october. that's just around the time as the first democratic residential
