okay. look, for everybody out there who's saying larry, are you really comparing trump to bus linney? >> yes, that's exactly what i just did. >> late night having a little fun with the gop debate. meanwhile donald trump returns to the campaign trail, and is once again coming under fire, but this time it's for something he didn't say. and overheard on amtrak, an official with the draft biden campaign makes a private telephone conversation public. apparently filling the beams on the veep's 2016 plans. and a young hero emerges. find out what happened when this school bus packed with kids crashed into a florida pond. it's 5:30 on the east coast, 2:30 out west. and this is "way too early."

good morning, everybody. it's friday, september 18th. i'm amy holmes. we begin with presidential politics. last night donald trump following up his debate performance with an energetic town hall in new hampshire. where he turned the mic over to the audience. and what one of his supporters said is reviving memories of the republican front-runner's previous political cause. >> you know what we're going to do tonight? no speech. let's do question and answer. do you want? so i want to just say, i'm going to say a few words, and then we're going to do question and answer. you can make them vicious, violent, horrible questions. even though you're sort of probably on live television. how many cameras are lit? yeah, there's a lot of them. okay this man. i like this guy. >> i'm from white plains, amen, okay. we've got a problem in this country. it's called muslim. we know our current president is one. you know he's not even an

that they don't know anything about a meeting yet. amid a swift drop in the polls, wisconsin governor scott walker's campaign is retrenching. "the washington post" reporting that walker will focus on iowa, as donors grow nervous about his fall from the top tier. walker had the least amount of speaking time in wednesday night's debate, and in an interview yesterday the wisconsin republican claimed that the media had decided the debate winner even before the debates ban. >> going in, we knew the narrative no matter what was going to happen was that they were going to say carly had a big night no matter what, and obviously they said that. >> and stay right here for governor walker's appearance later on "morning joe." nearly 23 million people tuned in to tuesday night's debate for carly fiorina's breakout performance, but one of her answers is facing scrutiny. >> as regards planned parenthood, anyone who has watched this videotape, i dare

"the wall street journal" reporting that there was never any video that depicted, as fiorina stated, a live fetus on a table as a technician prepared for organ harvesting. the fiorina campaign replying the videos speak for themselves. they are gruesome and planned parenthood is funded by taxpayers. those are the facts. now, to the democratic side of the 2016 race, and a continued speculation surrounding vice president joe biden. the national review is citing an
