reached from day one. i believe that the transpacific partnership is nothing more than a continuation of disastrous trade policies which we have experienced for the last 30 or so years which have led to the loss of millions of decent-paying jobs. >> joining me now live from our washington bureau, msnbc political reporter alex seitzwall who is covering the clinton campaign. here you have now pretty much a guarantee of strong support from some organized labor as well as i think something you've pointed out, this potentially shores up a lot more support from the left. >> right, absolutely, tamron. i mean, hillary clinton can look at the poll numbers in new hampshire and see that the last eight consecutive polls she's been behind bernie sanders up there. meanwhile, she's trying to lock down union endorsements across the country. got some of them but still a lot of big prizes left on the table. and i think no one expected sanders to put up as much of a

challenge as he has. i don't think even he expected it now. and with this issue, with the tpp, you have a lot of leadership on capitol hill. you have all of these labor unions. and you have basically the entire democratic 2016 field now with hillary clinton opposed to the white house. so she really would have been out of step with a big chunk of her base, a big chunk of her party if she had sided with the white house on this. >> and here again, as we said, this is the biggest break from the obama administration, but she's also adding to the list now, going against the health care law, so-called cadillac tax. we also know regarding undocumented immigration, deportation as well as potentially the keystone pipeline which the administration has yet -- has not released its decision on. but it's clear she is trying to assemble a list of things to show that this is not a continuation of the obama administration, although she does support many things passed by this administration and supported by the administration. >> right. absolutely, tamron. she often says on the trail she's not running for a third

obama term, and she's not running for a third term of her husband's administration either for that matter. and on most of the issues where she's broken with the white house, she's lined up with the left wing of her party. you know, keystone and tpp being the latest. and in general, you know, she has to balance here between wanting to show a difference from the white house and wanting to appeal to the left, but also not wanting to weaken the white house too much. it's very difficult for a party to win a third term in the white house after they've had it for two. so she wants to keep obama as strong as possible. she wants to keep his poll numbers up as much as possible. that's why she's trying to do this balancing act here. >> all right. joining us now from the white house, thank you very much, alex. let's bring in peter alexander. and peter, it was at a news conference last friday that i believe you covered where president obama said obviously it's different when you are running for president and when you are the person in the white house. and those were remarks regarding the no-fly zone over syria which clinton decided to support and the obama administration does

not at this point. >> reporter: yeah, no, i think that's a good point that you make right now, tamron. obviously the white house would like to have hillary clinton on board with this right now. they want to make sure that they can shore up all the support they need in congress. this has already been fast tracked. it requires a simple majority, i believe, but they still want to make sure if some republicans fall off, that they have the democratic support they need. obviously inside obama world, obamaland here at the white house, there is great support generally for hillary clinton. most believe that she would be the strongest general election candidate to defeat a republican despite some poll numbers that show joe biden would be a better hypothetical matchup in head-to-heads right now. and while they don't do it overtly, obviously there are a lot of contradictions in what hillary clinton is saying now compared to what she said in the past when she helped advocate for this deal, calling it the gold standard in trade agreements, even if that was before she knew what the final details would be. privately a lot of people say that they don't think that bernie sanders is going to be able to knock her off for the

nomination. they think that this is sort of a shortsighted view. certainly political analysts agree to that right now. they don't think organized labor is as strong in the democratic party as it was in the past, if this is an effort politically to try to support organized labor. so it remains to be seen right now, but clearly this, in some ways, neutralizes some of the opposition that hillary clinton herself faces politically. >> all right. peter alexander live for us at the white house. thank you very much, peter. and now to new highly controversial comments in the race for president. and this time it is not from a candidate but one of the most powerful men in media. rupert murdoch is apologizing this morning, that just coming down, for a tweet he posted last night about ben carson and president obama. the tweet read, "ben and candy carson are terrific. what about a real black president who can properly address the racial divide? and much else." the 84-year-old media mogul whose companies include fox news

and "wall street journal," this morning tweeted, quote, apologies! no offense meant. personally find both men charming." let me bring in political panel that we've assembled, "daily beast" senior politics editor jackie kucinich and conservative radio talk show host steve deace. steve, let me start with you. first -- okay. where do we start with this, steve deace? rupert murdoch, what -- what can one be thinking to tweet something like that, and what impact could this have not only on mr. carson but also just this odd relationship, i think it's fair to call that, between donald trump and fox and some of the other people running for president and fox? >> well, tamron, after the fox news debate, the first gop presidential debate, i wrote the analysis for "usa today." and one of the things i put in the "usa today" column is i had

never seen as much conservative complaining about fox as i saw after that debate where people literally thought the panelists who spent more time on camera than the candidates were there to debate the candidates as opposed to the candidates debating themselves. and tlgs a growing disconnect between grass-roots conservatives who viewed fox as sort of a mouthpiece for the gop establishment and the bush clan of the gop who think it's their job to sort of pick the gop nominee. and i think that's probably what's driving this more than anything else, is there are two candidates right now that organizationally fox news does not approve of, but organizationally are killing it around the country. one is ted cruz, and the other, as "the new york times" pointed out yesterday, and the other is dr. ben carson. and i think that's what's driving these comments more than anything else because i don't know how anybody who has paid attention to what ben carson has been running for president on for the last two years could seriously make the case, he has not attempted to seriously

address race relations. for goodness sakes, that's one of the reasons he is so prominent in the gop primary at the moment. >> let's say you're ben carson, you read the tweet and by now he knows full well about it. do you challenge rupert murdoch if you're carson and you're trying to secure the evangelical, the most conservative in your party, what does he do, steve? >> i think you do what carson typically does. you take the classy high road, you accept the apology and keep doing what you're doing because you won. i mean, this is the second time now that fox has had to acquiesce to a republican presidential candidate. first it was donald trump, and now it is ben carson. and i think it's just -- it's emblematic, tamron, of the fact that you're seeing a growing divide. there's a civil war in the republican party, and people outside of what i like to call the 666 area code are tired of the folks in the establishment there telling the rest of republicans nationwide who their candidates are going to be and what they're going to be able to think. >> so jackie, what do you think, what does ben carson do here?

you've read this tweet. he's saying a real black president, and i can read a number of celebrity tweets responding to this. harry sheer, of course, very famous, he said "could you please regularly advise black americans on which of them is real so they'll be free of doubt? i'm so thankful that you are here, rupert murdoch, to help explain to me what it means to be black. here ben carson has made history for being obviously a successful surgeon, a successful african-american surgeon. does he need to come out and say, you know what, this was awful and apology's accepted, but there's a line crossed there even if it's rupert murdoch? >> well, this has opened up old wounds. president obama had to deal with people questioning his blackness, on the left, years ago. so this is something that we've actually heard in the public square before. i would not be surprised, though, if ben carson, as steve said, just sort of accepts the apology and moves on. because that's been the way we've seen him deal with things,

other controversies coming forward. but i will say i do question the assertion that he's sort of the uniting force because of some of the things he said about muslims. because of some of the more divisive things he has said. so, you know, i think there is some, you know, some divergence there. >> and jackie, you saw that president obama received this criticism from the left. let us not forget he did give the major speech on race in this country and has spoken out on a number of issues affecting the black community as well as policing, which ben carson has yet to do. and to her credit, steve, carly fiorina has talked more about the struggles of female candidates including when donald trump made the offensive comments about her face, rallying women around her with that. so some have stepped out on the edge when their gender or race have been under attack. but i want to play this focus group on donald trump because it is out of iowa and new hampshire. we've got a couple of clips, steve, that i want to get you to respond to regarding what folks are saying in your home state about trump.

>> what do you think when you think about donald trump? >> aggressive, nonsensnonsensicr the top. >> not a strong christian. >> straightforward. i think he's intelligent. he's conniving. >> intelligent, businessman, open-minded. >> arrogant, winner. >> he's still leading in iowa, but is that your dinner party conversation? is that how it goes? >> i don't -- i don't believe almost any of these polls. the record of polling in iowa is a joke. you've got the pollsters now coming out in numerous articles in recent days saying don't actually believe our own data. you have gallup yesterday made the announcement, their polling in this primary, they may not even poll the general election because they don't trust their own methodology. i'll just tell you what i see on the ground in both the republican and democrat contests at the moment. if the caucuses were today, bernie sanders would beat hillary clinton. and i don't think it would be close. meaning i think he'd beat her by outside of three or four points. in the caucuses were today carson or cruz would win because

they, by far, have the strongest organizations. i think it's possible that trump could finish in the top three, but organizationally, he is not as strong as cruz and carson. and as we know from iowa, organization is what wins here. >> he is not a strong, but our katy tur, and we're going to talk about that in a second, has noted that trump has certainly changed his strategy and has attempted to get a better organization on the ground. jackie, bernie sanders this morning, he was on "morning joe," he talked about saying basically don't be surprised if republicans come on board to support him. here's bernie sanders this morning. >> republicans have to send their kids to college. working-class republicans can't afford to do that. working-class republicans have seen their factories shut down and moved to china. working-class republicans are equally disgusted about a campaign finance system which allows billionaires now to buy elections. >> are there polls or internet buzz to show some of this is

true? >> i haven't seen it yet, but anything is possible especially with this campaign, but i will say i think some of bernie sanders' policies in terms of spending might turn off republicans. he is talking about a lot of populist things, but i think when republicans in particular look at the price tag, it might be a little bit of a bridge too far. >> jackie kucinich, steve deace, we'll talk with both of you soon. as mentioned, gop front-runner donald trump is getting ready for this big rally in las vegas today. and there are signs that his campaign is following through with a promise to shift gears. at a campaign event yesterday in iowa, trump sent staffers to actually hand out caucus instructions to the overflow crowd. on the stump trump also defended his lack of advertising so far in the campaign. >> spending a lot of money. not as much as i thought because frankly i'm getting so much publicity, i don't have to advertise so far, you know, right? to me it's also maybe being a businessman, you know. it's being a businessman. and if you're covered a lot, the

last thing you want to do is now you see trump is covered, bum, bum, all over the programs is and then we put an ad in, right? who the hell wants to see an ad? you o.d. on trump. that's no good. i can't have that. >> covering the trump campaign, our katy tur live in las vegas. katy, i think you were the first to note this change in strategy that took place yesterday. >> reporter: yeah, what we saw there in iowa yesterday was something brand-new for the trump campaign. instead of big laminated posters with his name or face on it we were seeing posters with caucus instructions. and that was certainly something that we had not seen before. there were also caucus pledge cards. and before donald trump even took the stage, his iowa co-chair, got up there and started explaining to the crowd how the caucus works, encouraging them to get there even though it's going to be february 1st, it will likely be very cold, there might be even be a snowstorm, taking their friends, loved ones, elderly neighbors who might not be able to get there and telling them exactly how it all works.

this is new for the trump campaign. it is showing a marked difference in how they're trying to organize right now. instead of just going out and having big events and big rallies and bragging about the number of people who are there, they're going to go out and try and organize on the ground. remember, there are 99 counties in iowa. and that's a lot of groundwork to do. a lot of the other candidates already have caucus leaders in all of those 99 counties. the trump campaign is still trying to work on that as of now. they have been criticized for a lack of ground game in the past. basically people telling them that they are very good at coming out and getting mass appeal in terms of crowd size. but they're not very good at -- they won't be very good when it comes down to election day of getting over the hump because there aren't enough people on the ground encouraging people to vote for trump on february 1st in either new hampshire or iowa. but this was a marked difference. and i think we'll see in the next few months how much more they do in this vein in terms of media bias and tv ads. i think you're going to see more of them once donald trump is not the headline maker any longer.

if we stop putting him on television as much, if he's not able to do these phone calls for interviews every morning and he's going to need to do tv ads, they're going to start spending that money. they've got $20 million they had budgeted through september, but they haven't used any of it, so they've hired an outside firm to do their tv ads, one that has not been used in campaigns before. they say that this is a nontraditional campaign. these ads will be targeted, but they'll also be nontraditional ads. think about the instagram videos hitting jeb bush, that sort of thing. and so what they're trying to do is really separate themselves from the other candidates. and this is just another way they're going to do that. tamron? >> katy, thank you very much. we have breaking news just into msnbc. one of the americans who stopped that terror attack in france on the train, spencer stone, was stabbed in sacramento, california. this, we're told, happened around midnight pacific time. a u.s. air force official says stone is alive and is in stable condition at this time. right now no word on the

circumstances surrounding the stabbing. we are monitoring the latest information. we'll bring you any updates into what happened there. and we're also following two major developments in the massive volkswagen emissions cheating scandal. right now the head of volkswagen's american division is facing lawmakers on capitol hill. while overseas german police have just raided the automaker's headquarters and other facilities. in a statement, prosecutors said they're searching for documents and data storage devices that could identify those involved in the alleged manipulation. while speaking at a house subcommittee in the last hour, volkswagen's american ceo, michael horn, apologized again for the scandal involving as many as 11 million vw and audi vehicles. he also revealed he was first told about the software that could cheat emissions tests 14 months ago but says he was not aware it was installed until last month. >> on behalf of our company and

my colleagues in germany and me personally, i would like to offer a sincere apology, sincere apology for volkswagen's use of software program that served to defeat the regular emissions testing regime. in the spring of 2014 when the west virginia university study was published, i was told that there was a possible emissions noncompliance that could be remedied. let me be very clear about this. while i was told about the epa process, i was not then told nor did i have any reason to suspect or to believe that our vehicles included such a device. >> well, the hearing comes weeks after the world's second largest automaker acknowledged diesel cars were rigged with these so-called defeat device. the issue only came to light after the epa ordered the company to recall 500,000 cars. the agency says the software was allowed or had allowed the cars to cheat emissions tests since

2008 while producing up to 40 times more population than allowed. joining me now via skype is a longtime volkswagen owner who joined the class action lawsuit against the automaker. sir, let me get your reaction to this developing news as this raid is taking place right now. it's clear that the investigation is increasing, and they are trying to basically pinpoint who knew what and how long they knew. >> well, my experience as just being an owner i'm watching everything that's happening on the senate hearings and with the news in germany. so the point of what we've got going here in chattanooga is we're thrilled to have the plant here, and they've been a good corporate citizen here, but we've had to start this class action to make sure that the consumers can also be addressed by volkswagen corporate headquarters as well. they've got a lot of things going on if they're being raided by the police, facing epa and carb, they've got a lot of things going on, and we just want to keep them addressing the consumers as a group.

we are back with developing news, in less than an hour, house republicans will meet behind closed doors to choose their nominee to replace john boehner as house speaker. majority leader kevin mccarthy is favored to win the nomination today over challengers and house oversight committee chairman jason chaffetz and florida congressman daniel webster. that's despite the uproar over comments mccarthy made last week linking hillary clinton's falling poll numbers to the house benghazi committee. and now mccarthy is facing new fallout over those comments. democratic congressman allen greyson of florida has filed an ethics complaint against both mccarthy and the benghazi committee chairman trey gowdy.

reports apparently a fight broke out in the street and led to stone being stabbed in the torso. so far, no word of any arrests. a u.s. air force official says stone is alive and in stable condition at this time. we'll continue to follow the latest developments. but also, this tweet just coming in from alex scarlatos, one of the men who was with stone when they kept that terror attack from happening. he tweeted out just moments ago "everybody send prayers out to the stone family today." that is also one of the heroes there, one of the three who stopped that attacker on that train in france. also developing now, senate democrats are threatening to block bills in the senate until something is done on gun safety legislation. that, of course, in the wake of that mass shooting in oregon. in a news conference just moment ago, a group of senators unveiled their new three-part proposal which includes closing background check loopholes, ebs panding the background check

database and cracking down on gun trafficking. here's senator tim kaine who was governor during the mass shooting at virginia tech back in 2007. >> this should be so easy! the american public overwhelmingly support background record checks. gun owners like me overwhelmingly support background record checks. nra members overwhelmingly support background record checks. >> nbc's luke russert is on capitol hill right now with the latest. so what's been the reaction from republicans, luke? >> reporter: well, republicans, obviously, because it's only a week after that horrific event out in oregon, are a little mum right now. they're not going to be actively opposing this vocally. however, what you will see is this die a slow death in the legislative process. what do i mean by that? well, democrats are saying they're going to put a block or hold on any other senate business until these measures get a vote on the floor. republicans will surely beat

them. it's unclear how this would be able to break the filibuster needed in the republican is that the. but the democratic strategy is to put this issue at the front and center of the nation's conscience, but also to put red -- blue-state republicans on notice. what do i mean by that? you have upcoming races in 2016 in illinois, wisconsin, pennsylvania, and the idea politically, at least, is that we can put these vulnerable members in a difficult spot because this is really appealing to the mom vote. but in terms of is this doing anything? it won't. even if they were to get through the is that the, the republican-led house will squash them because there is not a single conservative who wants to take a vote on this, tamron. i'll also throw in this. if you sort of see the trajectory of this issue going back to 2013, i remember we spoke about it on the air, if 20 kids in newtown dying couldn't get any congressional action, what happened in oregon surely won't. >> luke russert, thank you very much for the live report, luke.

the same syringe on 67 people at a clinic in mercer county. the needles were swapped out. new jersey health officials say the nurse committed, quote, infection-control breach in a statement to nbc, the company that hired the nurse said, quote, total wellness is dedicated to ensuring all patients receive any and all appropriate screenings, care and counseling until this matter is resolved. joining me now, dr. amy edwards, infectious disease specialist at uh-case medical center in cleveland. doctor, thank you so much for your time. >> of course. >> so here the department says that there's a low risk to people, the needles were swapped out, but not the syringe. explain to us the risk, and obviously every person who hears this story wants to know how do you make sure that the proper procedures are in place if you go in for any shot, a flu shot or any other? >> absolutely. so the risk is minimal, but what the risk is is that even though the needles were swapped out,

sometimes when you give shots a little bit of blood can reflux up the needle and into the syringe. and so the concern is, you know, blood from one patient, even if it was only a few drops, could have been transmitted to another patient. now, that risk is very minimal. it doesn't happen with every shot that blood would reflux back up into the syringe. presumably she would have noticed that, but this is a breach. protocol and sounds like it is being taken very seriously. for you as the average consumer, the best way to know is to ask. you have every right to ask nurses what they're doing when they're doing it, and there's nothing wrong with asking a nurse, are you using a clean needle and a clean syringe? >> well, one employee told our reporter that they were obviously incredible anxiety there, waiting for these test results to come back in wake of this. we'll continue to follow the story. but doctor, thank you so much for your advice and your insight into the risk factors involved in something like this, with now dozens of people waiting for

these results to come back. thank you so much. >> you're welcome. well, turning now to "first read" on politics this morning, the house gop holds its secret ballot in the next half hour to nominate the next speaker. but a group of hard-line conservatives says it's not backing the current number two, kevin mccarthy. plus, why a taylor swift reference on the campaign trail has a student calling out john kasich. joining me now to talk about it, nbc news senior political editor, mark murray. so mark, let's talk about what will happen today with the house gop in this conference vote. >> yeah, tamron, it's important to understand is our house producer, alex moe has pointed out that today's election is just on the republican conference side. this is essentially republicans' nominee to be the next speaker. october 29th is when the full house, democrats and republicans, will end up selecting the next speaker. you'll need 218 votes for that, if all house members end up voting. today the winner just needs 50%

plus one of the house republican membership, more than 240 republicans. it's expected that house majority leader kevin mccarthy, the current number two, will end up getting that 50% plus one. but, of course, i think a lot of us will be waiting to see how close does he end up getting to the number 218 for the october 29th vote? because as you know, if there are a sizeable number of house republicans, some 30 or so, that would make getting to 218 very difficult. >> and pushing a lot of the fire, the house freedom caucus, they've endorsed daniel webster. you also have this anti-mccarthy online campaign fire mccarthy. it's being led by the former congressman paul brown. so you are certainly seeing some very intense pushback. i think we expect it, but i don't know to this level. >> right, tamron. and i do think they're going to get a good gauge of where he stands on the vote total that he ends up getting today. if it's close, you know, in the 200, 215 range, well, then, you know, he is within striking

distance. but we'll get a very good sense of where he is. and then, of course, we still have three weeks to go until october 29th. and that time could either hurt or help kev in mccarthy. >> let's go to this incident at the town hall in the university of richmond involving governor john kasich. let's listen to this moment. >> i don't have any tickets for, you know, taylor swift or anything or, you know, or linkin pa park. go ahead. you're just so excited, yes. >> he was responding to a question that a woman was about to ask about immigration. the student and 18-year-old sophomore has written this op-ed. she says the older members of the audience chuckled as my friends' jaws dropped to the floor. it was astonishingly clear that he did not come to richmond for my vote. he came to richmond to pander to retired republicans. i didn't go to a town hall forum

for taylor swift tickets, governor. i went because it's my civic duty to be an informed voter. please start treating me like one. what do you think he needs to do next here? >> tamron, the context here is that the woman in question who ended up writing that op-ed was really excited to be able to have a chance to answer a question. it seemed as if governor kasich was almost dismissing that excitement coming from a female saying well, i don't have taylor swift tickets. you know, when people are excited, whether they're democrats, republicans or independents running for the presidency, you have to take everyone's questions and do it in a way sometimes that's not easy to do. but you don't want to really dismiss someone's excitement about politics and the political process at all, and certainly not dismiss it. >> and certainly not a young female voter which we know women are key in this election. as in every election. >> absolutely, yes. >> thank you, mark. u.s. officials are now on high alert this morning after russia fired dozens of missiles into syria. this as syria launches a major new ground offensive. it is one of the stories that we

syria launches a major ground offensive after russia fires more than two dozen missiles into the country. and that tops our look at stories around the "news nation" this morning. a spokesman for the syrian army says the russian strikes helped begin a wide-ranging attack with the aim of wiping out terrorist groups. russia launched 26 missiles yesterday from the caspian sea. earlier today nato called on russia to stop supporting the assad regime and only help fight isis. the pentagon says the russians are striking targets other than isis militants. people along south carolina's coast are preparing for another surge of water heading their way. authorities warn water from days of flooding across the state is now heading to low-land areas. 17 people now confirmed dead in the massive flooding still

obviously affecting that state. and a fiery crash yesterday caught on a dashcam on the new jersey turnpike. state police say a tanker truck lost control as the driver tried to avoid several mattresses that had fallen off a van, flipped over a guardrail, and as you see there, burst into flames. sadly, the driver was killed. no other injuries. and many people have credited that driver with saving lives after swerving that tanker. and chilling surveillance fattage of a teenager escaping an attempted abduction. in the video released by police, a suspe17-year-old girl is seen tumbling out of that vehicle in bridgepo bridgeport, connecticut. she was not injured. she told police she was walking to school when a driver lured her into the car and then attacked her. right now it's still unclear if the two people knew each other. police say they're looking for

not the other way around. an indiana university has been suspended from the school surrounding allegations of sexual misconduct during a hazing incident. it came after a video surfaced online purporting to show members of the local chapter of alpha tau omega. in a statement to msnbc, the national organization of ato

says quote, the video is highly offensive. if confirmed, swift disciplinary action will be taken. the men who were part of such a vulgar incident do not represent the fraternity. the university will only say the allegations perpetuate sexual misconduct and that the chapter can't host social events, attend fraternity events or sponsor new members until the allegations have been fully investigated and disposition has been reached. joining me, msnbc chief local correspondent ari melber. thanks for joining us. obviously this investigation is one that the university is trying to conduct slowly, thoroughly as well, but what do you believe will happen here as this process, which is a different in some ways legal process at these universities than we would see in a criminal investigation? >> that's exactly right. to your point, the standards are lower in terms of what a university has to know or prove with regard to suspension or expulsion of these fraternities. we are not going to go beyond what is known at this time which as you said is limited, but what

we have seen in an investigation like this is a fraternity basically on the hook for an alleged video, a situation we see unfolding repeatedly in many aspects of american life where the fact that things are easier to document means there's immediate scrutiny. nbc news hasn't independently confirmed this video at this time, but we know from the fraternity and the statement they put out that they say they are working with the university. they say again, quoting them, quote, the video is highly offensive and if confirmed, they themselves will take action as a fraternity above and beyond the university's investigation. >> which is so interesting that you have tuniversity being very cautious in what language they choose to use regarding the allegations and its investigation, but the national organization is taking such a strong stand in their statement against this local i guess chapter of ato. >> exactly. so that goes to the gap between what the national fraternities

do as they have some understanding of who represents them, but it is always as anyone who has been to a campus knows, different students, you don't want to judge everyone based on one allegation or even one confirmed incident. i will also say that in an investigation like this, where you have allegations regarding the conduct of the supposed sexual conduct here, you say well, one of the things investigators look at is what was known at the time, whether there was unconsensual contact and one of the important things that is difficult to do in real time is to say did something start out under one agreement and then become unconsensual. that's something investigators look at. >> what do we know about police involvement in this? to your point, there are some allegations this was not consensual. >> i haven't seen anything yet regarding a full-blown criminal inquiry although i would expect that could come about here. and because there is an alleged video if confirmed that the video is real, as we have seen in other cases, the police look at that but they also look beyond it. you don't have to be a video expert or journalist to know that if you have a few seconds
