and 70s by the end of this week. we have the freeze warnings this morning, all the way down to raleigh and charlotte, a cold air mass to be this far south it's normal to get snow this time in new england, but 33 in raleigh at the airport, 30 in nashville, and up to the north where it did snow a little bit still in the 20s this morning and if there's any breeze whatsoever, the windchill will be down there in the teens so it's definitely a winter coat, hats and gloves for the kids this morning. look at the warmup this week, d.c. to 75 by wednesday. new york city hits mid-70s by wednesday and thursday. same more raleigh and charlotte. so all of the east it's a cold morning, cold day today and a really quick warmup. middle of the country is already in the 80s today. chicago is beautiful. minneapolis at 76 degrees. if there's any big weather story this week towards the end of the week, we'll get heavy rains in texas. we've had a pretty much drought situation over the last couple of months. texas could use the rain and looks like that's going to come not until about friday into next weekend.

say that president bush could be blamed for 9/11, for democrats as well, not a talking point people typically go for. donald trump doesn't shy away from different talking points and also walked it back a little pit. he said he didn't blame bush for 9/11 but was just saying it happened on his watch. obviously jeb bush is going after that comment. he's not at all kind of letting that slide, but what it does is it forces jeb bush to defend his brother's record rather than his own. in some way it's a smart political move which is what a lot of jeb bush's opponents is to get him on the record defending his brother's presidency. >> on one of the sunday political shows jeb bush was asked blaming hillary clinton for benghazi was the equivalent of blaming his brother for 9/11. an interesting question. will his answer satisfy voters? >> his answer was those are different scene nair yoes and the questions that remain about
