dispatch, the woman gets out of the truck and bangs on the passenger side window. >> she is in a ford explorer, and sport track, and silver, and she is saying that she is a cop. she is knocking on the window saying that she is a cop. >> go ahead and go. >> vanessa and delaney take off, but in a heartbeat, they say the woman follows them again. >> they call the 911 dispatcher again. >> i didn't know how it would end. i honestly thought that vanessa and i would end up dead. you can see that she makes a complete flip on the highway to get next to us. >> this is crazy. >> i have never seen anything like this. >> i was in so much shock because i couldn't believe it was happening, and what was going the happen. i didn't know what to expect. >> vanessa punches 911 again in the phone, and this time she gets through. >> the driver says that the

girls are antagonizing the girls. >> and she is able to keep control of the car. >> sure enough as soon as i said it, she impacted the car. it was a giant jolt of fear. i have been in car accidents before. you never know that it is coming. this is like we were anticipating her hitting us, because we knew that she was coming, and no way to brace ourselves for it. >> she is coming for us. put it in are reverse. put it in reverse, vanessa. >> and the woman blocks the sedan and gets out again. >> she is telling us to exit. >> she gestures wildly and then

approaches vanessa's window. >> i was freaking out, because she now came up and on my driver's window, and slamming a badge which is a laminated type business card thing that was on a lanyard and it didn't look like an official badge or anything. >> delaney and vanessa know that the woman is no cop. vanessa swerves around her ag n again. >> she is saying that we are getting arrested. >> the dispatcher tells delaney that a police officer is waiting at a nearby exit. the pickup struck not far behind. >> we are going to be taking a right here, and there is an officer parked right here in the vehicle. can he help us, please? please? >> after a five-mile ordeal, the women are in the sights of real police officers. >> when we finally found the police, it was a huge sigh of relief. >> vanessa and i were not able to speak at all, and we showed

the video, and we barely had to say anything. and while he is watching the video and talking to us, i i can see the female awe officers patting down the woman. >> 58-year-old deidre orozco is taken into custody. it is not the first road rage arrest this week. days earlier, she is accused of running another driver off of the road. for the two the incidents she is charged with assault with a deadly weapon, making criminal threats, vandalism and h hit-and-run. she pleads insanity. the case is ongoing. the two best friends make it through the experience without injuries and they have a important take away for sharing the road. >> don't flip people off. a different kind of reckless behavior on the highway, whaen biker turns the road into to a dangerous racetrack. >> oh, look at that, he just missed the car. he is making as we have chur up into the sky, and standing up on his motorcycle.

this is ridiculous. >> wednesday, march 18th, 2015, southern california. it is about 6:00 p.m. when gil leyves hears a breaking story. a high speed chase is under way in san bernardino county. >> i heard the call on the desk and they said it was a motorcycle chase and we were launched to it. we go from zero to 140 miles an hour in the helicopter within minutes. the pilot goes to the scene and the chase has been in progress for 20 minutes when he sees it through the camera on the chopper. he reports live to the 'manage news. he captures the police chasing a biker in traffic. >> when we got up on the pursuit, he was going 120 miles per hour e blowing by the cars

like they are standing still. >> the chase began in highland, california, when the police attempted to stop the motorcyclist for reckless driving. now he is heading west. >> he was on some sort of ninja motorcycle which is high performance, and he could go faster than the motor officers. they were trying the to keep up with him, and at one point they started to flank the guy, and he slowed down to freeway speeds and i thought that it was going to be over, but he hit the throttle, and took off and taunt ing them to say, come on, come get me, and i'm just out of your grasp. >> the motorcycle exits to a surface street with traffic lights and pedestrians. >> he is going to the go by some people, and through the crosswalk, and oh, man!

he just missed that traffic. >> and he has cars entering and not knowing what is coming, and here is a motorcycle blowing right through near people. >> and the ground patrol units are in pursuit, and along with the news copter, there is a sheriff's helicopter to advise them of every turn. >> and what was being advised with tuz a airship over us, and unfortunately for us, he turned down a long street that turned into the cul-de-sac. at that point, i was not sure what he was doing. as i noticed, he was putting the earbuds in. i don't know whether he was talking on the cell phone or what. then a patrol officer pulled up nose-to-nose with the motorcyclist, and i thought at that point, the officer would try to ram him or block him in, and at that point, the officer

opens the door, and he went right around it, and then the pursuit continued on. >> the biker is not deterred. instead, he revs up. >> he is hitting the gas again. he is just toying with the officers. >> i see him make some movement there on the wide shot, and i could not see what he was doing, but he was standing up on the motorcycle, and then he sat back down quickly, and i zoomed in, and he did it again. look at that, he is signaling and making a gesture to the officers and not friendly, and now he is going to be play it up, and standing up on his motorcycle, and this is ridiculous. i just could not believe my ice. i couldn't believe that he was doing this. wow, unbelievable. there was an element of show boating going on, and he is traveling 40 miles per hour, and now he is standing on top of the motorcycle with his arms out and somebody is going to cut out in front of him, and nothing he can do except for eat it. >> the man signals for the pedestrians to take a look at

hello, i'm shannon maloy, and pilot is dead the after crashing into a golf course in northeast georgia. official officials say nobody else was hurt but they are not sure what caused the plane to go down. in china, hundreds of rescues are looking for 250 people who are missing after a massive landslide. some survivors have been found under mud and debris. it happened two hours north of hong kong and buried 33 buildings. now, back to "caught on camera." a house engulfed in flames. and firefighters feel the heat as they are racing against time to find a trapped victim. >> the whole time in the back of my head is getting the victim out. that is priority number one.

>> february 29th, 2012, san bernardino, california. a crew are from the local fire department is responding to a house fire a few miles from the station. captain ben alexander head s s the skraeb. >> we responded as normal, and donned all of the equipment, and jumped on to the fire engine. rolling down towards the street to to see the smoke, and so we knew that we had a working fire. >> en route, the crew receives information that raises the stakes. >> dispatch sent us reports that somebody was trapped inside of the house. >> and i came to the front door and i happened to push the record button when we started to fight the fire. before we make entry, i want to make sure that there is no structural collapse to myself or anybody else. so i do a quick lap around the

house. to see if there is anything that can cause our crew harm. >> when alexander reaches the front door, firefighter mike okason is already there, and the cloud of thick black smoke is rolling above his head. and you could see that there are flames not far from me. >> he put on the helmet, and the breathing apparatus, and mike and i made entry into the house. >> once inside, smoke surrounds them. >> as soon as you go from outside into the fire, it becomes black and there is zero visibilit visibility. it is not like hollywood where you can see all of the flames and everything looks pretty. it is dark and it is ugly. and basically, we are on the hands and knees crawling to fight the fire, and searching out the victim in the house. >> we can't see anything. everything is by feel. >> for us to keep from becoming disoriented and basically going in circles, you keep one arm on

the wall at all times, and then you reach around to see if you will bump into anything. that is how you do a search crawl through the house. >> the firefighters can sense the fire around them, but they can't pinpoint the victim's e location, and they are running out of time. >> we could hear the rumbling of the flames over our head, and crackling of the wood in the structure. as it is getting louder, we know that we are getting closer to the seed of the fire >> mike started to hit the fire with the stream, and then i pushed to the leftf of him. i came across the victim down in the back bedroom. i yelled to the mike to assist me in removing the individual from the house. >> mike! give me a hand. >> we had to get him out as quickly as we could, but as low as we could out of the heat.

so that entailed us dragging him. >> you grab the feet. >> okay. >> and so we both grabbed the victim, and i was a able to shuffle backwards feeling the hose on the way back, and then when we got to the door, i could see the light on the outside and i knew how close we were. >> all right. we got it, mike. >> and we pulled him out on to the lawn. >> across the street, a local news crew captures the scene as alex s alexander and okason drag the unconscious man on to the lawn. >> we assessed the patient and he was respiratory arrest which means he was not breathing. i grabbed out to the gear guy that day, aed asked him to bring me the mask. and we assessed again, and he had a slow pulse, but he was not responding. >> the first responders are working rapidly trying to revive

the victim. >> what is going through my mind is that i want to get everything done for the victim as quickly as possible, and get him breathing. >> come on in ands a zi. >> the man, steve duncan is loaded into the ambulance and taken to a nearby hospital. despite the best efforts, the do doctors are unable to save him. >> it is heartbreaking to see that everything that we had done, and done for the patient, it just wasn't enough. >> although the victim does not survive, captain alexander hopes that the video can help firefighters trained to save lives in the future. >> the city of san bernardino fire department started to tape fighting fires, and there is a number of things that you can learn from it. the risk is mitigated by the training and the efforts that we are doing to keep our own selves safe. this is what the firefighters

outside of it and no clothes on, and just a pair of shorts and flip-flops. he must have gotten out right away, and he is frantic, and i am thinking, get the car off of it. so i am yelling at him, get your car off of it. "get the car off of it." and i am thinking that the coach is a loss, and no need to have two losses. and then as we passed i saw somebody in the back, and i went across the median and then i thought, there is somebody in the back of this thing, and they can't get out. >> being careful to avoid the on coming traffic, alfred is on his dad's heels recording as they run. when they reach the rv, the flames are shooting out of the doorway. >> the entire front end of the coach are engulfed. on this particular coach, the doors are in front, and that is only the egress in and out of the coach. so they could not get out. >> rob thompson rushes to the

win doe, and it is hard to see, because the cell phone is shaky, but a a mo ether and her daughter are stuck in the burning vehicle. >> the mother was in the window trying to keep the daughter close to window to get air, and the mother did not want to come out first, but she was first the window. >> off camera, ross and another driver who has stopped pull the frightened woman out. >> it is okay, sweety, we got you. >> come on. come on. >> see was crying and scare and afraid and she didn't know what to do, and we coached her. she got it. and we got her out. >> with the mother and the daughter outside of the vehicle, other motorists are pulling over to help pitch in to disconnect the car from the rv and there is nobody left inside, but the situation is dangerous. >> i started to yell, look, are there is a 1,100-pound propane tank, and you to get away from it. >> she is going to e blow up. >> and so the owner tries to

make a last-ditch effort to save his motor home, but his fire extinguisher is no match. >> the motor home does not explode, but within my nits the entire vehicle is engulfed, when the police and the firefighters arrive on the scene, they get the fire under control. what started out as a tire blowout destroys the motor home. the rv doctor can't save this motor home, but he does something more important. >> god put me in the right place at the right time, he did. that simple. what are the odds? the rv doctor, the guy who does this for a living rescues your family? come on. coming up, an errand that just can't wait. >> i said, where's your mommy at? she said, my mommy is home asleep. >> when "caught on camera"

regular pas ssengers on the bus signals for him to stop. as harlan pulls the bus over, he spots someone in the dark. a man was just flagging me down from the sides of the car, and i just glanced over, and people are always flagging you down at that time of the night. >> it turns out that the man is not alone, but because it is dark and rainy, it is unclear who his companion is. the man steps up to the door, but apparently, he has no intention of boarding the bus. >> the gentleman that was flagging he down, walked up and he said, yo, man, i have a little girl out here by herself. >> and the vehicle's outward facing security camera shows a small figure walking toward the bus. >> she was a cute little blondheaded a girl with coat on and snow boots with no socks, and pajamas, and said, you have to be kidding me she is out this time of the night.

and so i was in shock, and the guy that was helping her out, he helped her on the bus, and i said, "where is your mommy? " ""and she said, "mommy is home aslee asleep." >> once the girl is safely on the bus, he says, man, i don't want to be in middle of this, i'm out. >> and the passengers were concerned about someone so young traveling alone especially at in hour. harlan knows that the child safety is now his responsibility. following the protocol, he calls 911 and his supervisor who assure him that he is on the way. the little girl is unaware that she is causing quite a stir here on the city bus at 3:00 a.m. she says her name is annabelle, and she is 4 years old. >> she was happy go lucky, and she didn't have a care in the world.

and she was cordial and friendly. >> harlan and the pas sep jr.s wait patiently while the child is restlessness and checks out the ride. >> she was out there walking around exploring the bus with the time on her hands, and she was not scared or anything, or worried. she was waving her feet, and she gets up and walks to the back of the bus, and you know, time is going on now. >> and then the pint-sized pas sen jer reveals exactly why she decided to climb on to the bus in the first place. there is no audio, but harlan remembers the conversation clearly. >> that is when she hunched the shoulders and said she wanted a slushie. i looked at the other passengers and i said, oh, no she didn't. and yes, she did. that is what she was doing out. >> she awoke with a sugary drink and so she set out to get one. within the hour, harlan's soupe

visor and the police showed up. when you see the police, you know you did something wrong. she started to cry. they asked her where she lives, and annabelle gives them the name of the street, and the two numbers of the address and when they peace piece it together, she lived a few blocks away. >> she lived a few blocks away from where she boarded my bus and she had to crossover a major road. >> and when the police show up, they are horrified by the incident, and grateful for their little girl's safe return, and they were home asleep. >> it is one of the things that, how did this happen? >> i have actually cried thinking of all of the "what ifs." there was an angel holding her hand that night. somebody was with her walking those streets. >> the department of transportation releases the
