short lie after 2:00 a.m. eastern time police say they apprehended the suspect. he illegally reentered at an unknown date. police received reports of a woman throwing items from a vehicle on saturday which led to a chase at speeds up to 100 miles an hour. the driver crashed into a pickup truck at an intersection and fled from her vehicle naked. the woman was arrested. there is no word on why she was naked. it is official no meteorologist say this winter is the hottest ever for the lower 48 states and alaska had its second warmest temperature. the average temperature was 4.6 degrees above normal. recordkeeping began in 1895. the warmer temperatures in
