9:09 am
there are so many other factors have worked. the rise of natural gas as an alternative has hurt the coal industry and west virginia in particular. i want us to stay focused on what we have to do to help people. that's why i have as -- the only candidate who have done this laid out a plan, as you say a $30 billion plan to provide support for that young man and his beautiful children of the pictures he gave me and i will carry it with me. i want us to recognize across our country that we are going to be in a position of making a transition, we are not there yet. we got to do more research and capturing frustration to see if there is any kind of future that we can take advantage up for coal. we got to invest more in

economic futures of these communities that have been so devastated. we have to support with legislation that senator joe mansion is championing the minor protection act and protect health benefits and pension benefits. the minor safety act to protect minors who are still mining the coals. i came here knowing that there was some great deals of incredible sense of disappointments feeling disregarded and left behind. but, i want to be a president for all of america. i am not riding off any part of america, any people in our country and that includes here in west virginia and coal countries. i want to create an understanding of what we must view as a station and supporting us who supported us for generations. >> what do you think ahead of

9:19 am
let's deal with the standards that's been in place for decades before we move onto the standards and impose on me and nobody else. let's get donald trump's tax returns out and the transcripts of his features. i am told he made a whole lot of money than i have. let's talk about what people are talking to me about, andrea. what's happening to them and their families and lives. i think i have the best experience, the best record and results and the best ideas to actually mange a difference in producing positive results for people. i think i am by far the best person to protect our country. when i listen to donald trump saying some of what he's saying about foreign policy and national security, even i find it scary. this is where nobody has gone to. let's open the doors to more country having more nuclear weapons and running contrary of decades of american bipartisan

we are in an era where presidential candidates have to be polarized. if you look at president obama and mit romney. they have unfavorable ratings, what struck me about this interview how much comfortable hillary clinton seems to be talking about donald trump than the west virginia coal miner that confronted her. she was deliberate of the words she choose. you can here haear in her voice she wants to get in an agreement with him. the truth is she does have experience with battles like this. she has been tested in ways that marco rubio and ted cruz simply have not. she does bring that advantage to the general aelectielection. >> and kristen, we have seen
