he just been moved from the segregation unit to the disciplinary unit, unit 2 d for repeating the cell by stopping up his toilet. it all started with a simple request to change cells. >> i was around the tv and i don't like sports and they leave it on all night and it would be too loud and disturb my sleep so i asked to be moved. >> we relocate him up to room 29 which is the furthest point from the tv. elijah, when i came in and brought up that, he did not want to be in there because it was too noisy. >> once they moved me from downstairs, it was not too loud, it was actually okay. the room was nasty and i did not get a chance to clean and i had hair all over the room so i asked them to move. they would not move me.
