tragedy strikes -- a p. it cruiser speeds through an intersection and smashes into an suv. a man runs for safety. but it's too late. the suv rolls over him. he's pronounced dead. >> someone told us that scott had been in an accident. >> sad thing that happened. >> 12:40 p.m. sunday may 23rd, 2004. dayton, ohio.
