misdemeanors, those charge with a crime. committed a chargeable criminal offense. those who committed fraud or willful misrepresentation, as well as allowing individual agents to target those they believe would pose a risk to public safety or national security. in an interview last night president trump was asked about the status of the millions of undocumented families and dreamers who now feel threatened. >> they shouldn't be very worried. they are here illegally. i do have a big heart. we're going to take care of everybody. we're going to have a very strong border. we're going to have a very solid border. where you have great people that are here that have done a great job, they should be far less worried. >> the president said he will roll out the order in the next four weeks. and the other executive order

cracks down on sanctuary cities. he spoke to family members of people killed by undocumented immigrants. >> we're going to get the bad ones out. the criminals and drug deals and gangs and gang members and cartel leaders. the day is over when they can stay in our country and wreak havoc. >> and a draft executive order yesterday with a three-month suspension of immigration from people from iraq, syria, and sudan as well as people in the refugee program. authorities are working to root out threats among those who have already arrived. >> you are looking at people that come in many cases, in some cases with evil intentions. i don't want that. they are isis. they are coming under false pretense. we have enough problems. now, i'll absolutely do safe

wall on our southern border and mexico will pay for that wall. mark my works. >> mexican president is reconsidering whether or not he would meet with the white house next week. he said he is saddened by the president's decision, and was emphatic that mexico will not pay. for his part, president trump says the negotiations are just beginning. >> we will in a form reimbursed by mexico. >> they will pay us back. >> absolutely. 100%. >> the american taxpayer will pay for the wall at first. >> all it is, we will be reimbursed from whatever transaction we make with mexico. >> the order calls for 5,000 border control agents. house speaker paul ryan said

that estimates between 8 to 14 billion dollars to secure the border is just about right and congress is ready to handle it. >> who is going to pay for it? >> first off, we're going to pay for it and front the money up. your follow-up question is mexico going to pay for the wall. there are a lot of different ways of getting mexico to contribute to doing this and there are different ways of defining how exactly they pay for it. >> he is reportedly looking to scale back the u.s.'s various financial obligations with international organizations. according to the "new york times" and "washington post," the potential move by the president would be part of an upcoming executive order that among other things would reduce u.s. funding for the united nations and other global bodies. that order could include, for instance, overturning funding for u.n. peacekeeping missions ordered by president obama. the draft of the order reportedly calls for a funding reduction of roughly 40% to organizations that do not align

with the white house fiscally or ideologically and a separate order would limit u.s. participation in some global treaties. president's u.n. ambassador nikki haley has pledged to put u.s. first. it's not yet clear how a probe into fraud the election. >> what's going on with voter fraud is horrible. i would have won the popular vote if i would have campaigned in california, i would have won california. when you look at the voter registration, the dead people who are registered to vote who vote. you look at people who are registered in two states. you look at all these different things that are happening with

registration. you look at those regulation administration -- you are going to find and we're going to do a registration. >> 3 to 5 million illegal votes. >> we could find out. >> what you've presented it's been debunked. >> take a look at the p pew reports. >> he said they found no evidence. >> really, why did he write the report? according to pew report, then he's grofleg again. i talk about the reporters that grovel when you write something. >> if you asked a million people if they called their old state to tell them me moved to another a state. that's what we were trying to measure. there's been study after study that's looked at the existence of voter fraud. the bush department looked at

this. many have looked at this and try to prosecute it and what they find is voter fraud does exist but it exists in small levels. just a handful of cases in any given election. >> what's more, steve bannon, steve mnuchin and tiffany trump are reported registered to vote in two states. still top republicans like congressman jason chaffetz says he won't waste his committee's time looking into it. i don't see any evidence, but the president has 100,000 people at the department of justice and if he wants to have an investigation, have at it. i just don't see any evidence at all. >> president trump says he wants an investigation into voter fraud. are you for it, against it? >> i think it's fine. first of all, i'm sure there is some fraud. we passed photo i.d. in wisconsin because of our concerns about this a few years ago. if he believes there's a problem to look at, the right thing to

do is to get an investigation, to get the facts. i haven't seen evidence of this kind of widespread numbers that we've been hearing about, so the thing to do is to get an investigation to get the facts and then make a judgment based on the facts. >> the president is not backing down on his threat to send the feds to chicago. in the interview last night, president trump said he would love to help address chicago's crime crisis. >> you can't have thousands of people being shot in a city and in a country that i happen to be president of. maybe it's okay if somebody else is president. want them to fix t problem. they have a problem thas very easily fixable. so a i'm saying is to the mayor, who came up to my office recently, i say you have to smarten up and you have to toughen up because you can't let that happen. that's a war zone. >> this is a warning. >> i want them to straighten out the problem. it's a big problem.

we're talking about a near 10% gain just for the dow jones and for november 22nd, nearly 1,000 points getting to the 20,000 dollar mark were achieved. rather impressive gains to say the least. no matter what is the cause behind the rally, there seems to be consensus the rally has further legs. the sheer psychological impact of 20,000 could invite retail investors could pour money into money markets. the countdown to wall street begins as global stocks are enjoying the ride and moving higher here in europe as well. >> very good that you got the black dress and white collar memo today. it's all good. a high profile north korean defector is speaking out against kim jong-un. some of the north's elite have began to outwardly criticize the

government, something unheard of now. diplomats are waiting in europe to defect. it all comes as north korea says it's ready to launch an intercontinental ballistic missile at any time. >> hello from north korea, the ever defiant country. there may be a new president of the united states, but there is no sign of the new policy here. either on nuclear weapons or on missile launches. i've just had the chance to do an exclusive interview with one of kim jong-un's top officials, a man who deals with american affairs, and he told me that north korea is ready to fire a long range missile for the first time at any time, he said. now, if that happened, it would be a big challenge to president trump because this would be the first time north korea has demonstrated the ability to fire an icbm. its program is to mount a

nuclear weapon on an icbm capable of reaching the west coast of the united states. there's no sign at the moment that north korea can do that, but if it were to launch an icbm any time soon, that would be a big step up. before he became president, donald trump tweeted it won't happen. the official told me we don't care what he meant by that, but we are ready, whatever he does. he also warned the united states to stop its war games. now, the u.s. is due to hold joint military exercises with south korea in a few weeks time. last year, it held these exercises with nuclear bombers. north korean official called that provocative. he called it nuclear blackmail and he said that was the root cause of the tensions and the dangers on the korean peninsula and he said that convinced us that we will match the united states with its nuclear weapons, match it with our own, and match

americas missiles with our missiles. now, that is a direct challenge to president trump. cancel these military exercises if you want better relations with north korea. there is no sign that president trump wil do this. t, his sending general james mattis to south korea in his first overseas trip as the new u.s. defense secretary. that will send a message to the allies, japan and south korea and also send a message here to pyongyang. there were also hints in this exclusive interview of a bit of an olive branch from north korea. we're open, said the official, to a new relationship, if the u.s. ends what he called its hostile policy toward north korea. and he also said that north koreans are waiting to see what president trump does not just what he said during his election campaign. overall, this was hard line. we are building our nuclear
