confused warren beatty here say, it says emma stone. the accountant that certifies the oscar votes came running on stage. and that's when this happened. >> i'm sorry, no, there's a mistake. "moonlight," you won best picture. this is not a joke. this is not a joke. i'm afraid they read the wrong thing. this is not a joke. "moonlight" has won best picture. straightforward. he's upside down when it comes to being knowledgeable and trustworthy, the international crisis, and only 18%lythe he has the right temperament leaving him with a 37% deficit. as you might expect, characterizing the first month in office is wildly divided along part zisan lines. 63% of americans think he's off to a great start. just 5% of democrats say think. and while 58% of the democrats say he's not up to the job, 5% of republicans agree with that. and 51% say the media coverage of the president has been too critical. one more number to look at, the president's travel ban. a fairly even split there, 44% say it's up necessary, while 45% say it is necessary. police say vandals attacked the jewish cemetery in northwest philadelphia this weekend, a week after a similar incident was reported in st. louis. police say 75 to 100 headstones

at mount caramel cemetery were discovered to have been knocked down yesterday morning. the anti-defamation league is offering $10,000 for information leading to the arrest of the perpetrators. this comes nearly a week after nearly 200 headstones were topple in the jewish cemetery in missouri. jewish groups around the country reported a rise in anti-semitism in recent weeks. last week alone, ten jewish community centers were evacuated due to bomb threats. 28 people were injured after a pickup truck driven by a suspected drunk driver plowed into a mardi gras parade in new orleans saturday night. 25-year-old nielsen rasutto is being held on $25,000 bond after being arrested at the scene. police say he was tested as the scene and had a blood alcohol level of .232%. victims were scattered everywhere and it was a miracle nobody was killed.

his pickup truck slammed into other vehicles before running into the crowd. >> chaos and confusion in the middle of the mardi gras celebration. >> everyone was trying to help one another, trying to get them to make sure if i was all right. something like you would sigh in a movie. >> reporter: one of new orleans's faint parades torn apart after a pickup hit several vehicles including a dump trunk. this video was recorded as the driver of the truck was taken into custody. >> it appears it was a subject highly intoxicated who struck a number of vehicles and then veered off hitting a whole bunch of innocent people. >> reporter: police say 25-year-old nielsen rasutto had a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit. >> there were real human beings standing there. >> reporter: among the 28 people hurt, a 1-year-old child and a female police officer. neighbors and business owners along the parade route say it's time to increase security.

"titanic" and what you saw there "twister." his role inspired dozens of storm chasers to spell out bp on the map using gps coordinates. his final film "the circle" is scheduled to come out this april. despite his big screen success, paxton told nbc's carson daly earlier this month he considered himself a working actor. and the tributes from his fellow actors and actresses are pouring in. jaime lee curtis tweets a picture of herself and paxton in "true lives" saying he was a loving human. and tom hanks wrote, bill paxton was simply a wonderful man. a wonderful man. he leaves behind two children and his wife louise. bill paxton sadly died at the age of 61. and joseph walker became an icon on television as the original judge on "the people's court." he was wounded in the pacific
