what should the president do? >> take it seriously, we should never trust russia. >> you can see more of that there's a lot going on in the news tonight. this is going to be a big show, crowded. first of all, the big show headline, the second attempt by the trump administration to institute a muslim ban was supposed to go into effect midnight eastern. a federal court has blocked the ban from going into effect. we're going to have more on that in just a second including a live discussion with the lawyer who won the case and stopped the ban. beyond that breaking news, though, i have to say, this is just turning out to be kind of a bad day for trump priorities all around.
