thank you so much for that report. heavy snow may have contributed to a big pileup in southwest michigan. as many as 50 cars involved in the crashes on i-94. minor injuries reported and police said drivers were going too fast for the conditions. part of tv highway closed for several hours. in wyoming quite a rescue effort when a heard of elk fell through the ice on a reservoir. about a dozen of them ended up stranded. using chain saws and ropes and volunteers cut through ties and brought the animals to safety. more than 20 people took part in the rescue effort. now to meteorologist with a check of arctic blast we're getting. >> oh, my gosh. just won't stop. days and days we're going to see this for a few more days before we get a small break and third surge of particulolar air. windchill advisory over 115 million people affected by this. we're seeing windchills some
