but maybe that he wanted t continue to investigate th evidence and short the case so that he believed it was read to prove beyond a reasonable doubt and prosecutors disagree from time to time about th level of evidence that i sufficient but now we have this reporting that donald trump has been invited to appear before the grand jury in new york, that is typically the last step that occur before and indictment is filed and, i will tell you i can conclude two things from that's the fact that they ar inviting donald trump to testify suggests to me tha they are very serious. you would not go to the troubl of inviting them to testify if you believed that the evidence didn't point towards a indictment if they were simply going to decline prosecution, and there would be no need to take thi final step and the other conclusion i think we can draw is that an indictment is very near. and that is because this i typically the last step that you would want to take in case before you would want t question the target of a investigation. you would want to have gathere all the other information an talk to all the other witnesse that you can be as informed as

alike who had their mone practice svb, is a major cause for the bank going under according to press release from federal regulators, now that svb has shut down, th federal deposit insuranc corporation, the fdic, has bee named as the receiver of all the money that the ban currently has. internet, the fdic has created the deposit insurance national bank of santa clara which no holds the insured deposits fro sbp. pay close attention to tha word ensure the fdic insures deposits up t $250,000 so, customers who bank with si b are guaranteed up to tha amount of money per account. but as you can imagine, give who the bank's clientele is, many of them probably had much more than $250,000 in thei accounts many of these where business accounts the fdic says that if customer had more than tha amount of money in their account, they would receiv

the fdic they don't worry about their insured money. but an inch or deposits ca run. and most of this was from pretty sophisticated institutional investors, venture capitalists, start-ups as you mentioned so, that is what i find so astonishing. that there is a sort o mentality from sophisticated individuals to take this money out. you mentioned my books i also read children's books and i think maybe i should write one about banking fo venture capitalist because maybe they didn' understand the mechanics of ho banks work they come and shake out on the money at, once they get a forc the bank to close. anyway, even if it may otherwise be solvent >> and that is exactly wha happened yesterday by midday yesterday, so many people were taking their money out of the bank, that th federal regulators, your successors had to step in an say, we just have to stop this the bank is going to fail, but everybody is going to just wait you will get your insured mone by monday. >> that's. right >> what now happens with the rest of? it i would assume that i

another bank buys this bank, they can make everybody -- >> right so, they will immediatel provide access to the insure deposits those have been separated in something called the denbigh, deposit insurance national bank everything else, the uninsured deposits and all the assets, investments, the bonds irreverent you earlier wil stay back in the receivership. i assume the fdic will try t sell that in whole or in par to interested bidders. and that would be the optica result you could sell the whole thing that would ensure more continuous operations about th deposits as well and owns th assets to extend loans e cetera a new owner can just take care of all that and manage it. if they can't do that, the will have to liquidate it whic could be more costly so, it is to be determined i assume the fdic is working very hard right now. trying to figure with this assets are worth once they do you, this nex week they promise that the will pay some dividend to th
