lot of these start-ups in whic they did not get paid. they did not get their paychec on friday. are they going to be able to write side that come monday? >> ride it was actual lot of people beyond just start-ups because there are some softwar companies that you silicon valley bank as sort of the pipes to process payments fo other companies. so one parable company calle replaying actually use silicon valley bank to move payments between companies and th actual employees who were usin that peril software. workers all across america actually who may not hav anything to do with tech but their company uses the software, the start-up software were not able to get their payment. not problem should be sorted out for those workers quit quickly but for the start-up that you mentioned who banquet silicon valley bank, a lot o their money is locked, u frozen, and it's unclear whether they will be able to get it back. if they can get it back, whe

for years and ever and tha making any money this would potentially cut off start-ups before they get to that point before they fell from business perspective or have the chance to be bought by a larger company if they can't access the money that they had raised, use thei money but it's sitting in thei bank account, they are not sur what they can do >> what are we looking at when it comes to possible joblessness? if they can to meet payroll, some of these people will lose their jobs if these companies go under, some of these people will lose their jobs and then what >> silicon valley bank had relationships with over half o the venture capital back t start-ups in the country one of the really importan point here is to realize how centralized the tech industr was around this bank and how important it was for literally thousands of companies and start-ups. if the worst-case scenario happens where this money i gone, not able to be accesse

again, that would be in th thousands or tens of thousands of relatively high paying jobs >> correct me if i'm wrong her right? like chase bank for instance, much bigger bank than silico valley bank as more kind of risk over right? one of the reasons why a start-up would not necessarily go to chastening chalet than they would go to silicon valle bank silicon valley bank has history of dealing wit start-ups more so right? how will this change the gam for raising money right? for start-ups for instance fro going to banks like kind o smaller lenders like silicon valley bank instead of going t the bigger banks that will provide you with more security >> i mean people are already saying how investors, when the decide to bank with companie or maybe companies when they decide to do a deal as a start-up might now in th future require that that start-up is either splitting its money between multiple banks or is banking with a larger bank that is many mor diversified across the economy not focused on one industry.

>> so my pregnancy started off pretty happy it was a wanted pregnancy. i did end up in the emergenc room very early on from severe vomiting my husband and i were thrilled to find out that it was twins. we already have one son, i always wanted three kids we were really excited we were looking for a new card to accommodate three under two when she has everything changed. i was at the 12 week ultrasoun when we found out that baby as the doctors refer to them could not be said for baby be. it was horrible, testing revealed that he had try 3:18, and additional or sound just one heartbreaking issue after another. after speaking with multiple doctors, genetic counselors an you are hoping somebody is wrong but we kept arriving a

the same point where it was th baby bee will die, it was matter of how soon and unfortunately, every day tha he continue to develop, he was putting his twin and myself at higher risk. sure enough, i ended up in the e.r. second time from severe nausea and vomiting but that i where health care ended up i texas now. that's all they can say and yo never want to be in a situatio where you're pregnant eterna turns into a horrible novel's. folks would stop midsentence for trying to council us as if they were scared that they would be arrested even just fo saying the word abortion no one even said it and for me i just wanted to mourn the son who i would never know but i d not have time for that because we had to just scramble to get out of state to get an abortio and order to give myself and

baby a the best chance it was just a horrible experience to go through i will never forget one of the doctors just ripping off his gloves, throwing them in the trash and saying i cannot help you anymore. you need to go out of state. and so i am doing less than tw weeks with baby a which is really haunted the rest of m pregnancy. >> what was it like amidst all of this right? the stress of finding out that one of your fetuses wa terminal, was going to have to be terminated to have to leave your home state and you ar surrounded by the people tha you love to terminate your pregnancy elsewhere? >> it was so surreal to be going through this and feeling like when we were fleeing an the nights because we had late night flight. it was so surreal to be goin through that and to feel prosecuted by my own state jus for trying to access healt care and i never thought i

instead, they are focusing their energy on culture wars vicious culture wars >> let's talk a little bit about the budget proposa because you mention that right cutting three trillion dollars i believe and i want to draw o that a little bit. when we talk about the negotiations with republican at the end of the, day you hav to get them on board in orde to fund the social programs th president wants to fund. you're looking at thre trillion dollars in the federa budget gap, and that's what th president wants to shape proposing a new 25% tax on billionaires and increasing th corporate tax rate from 21 that's 28% and quadrupling of the 1% ta on stock buybacks that too effect earlier this year let's be honest congressman, there is no way in hec republicans will get on boar with some of this, some of these proposals. so how are you going to find the social programs? >> while the social program, the president has proposed
