there's a signal to you that charges are on the horizon >> yes, it definitely does i don't think trump will g testify. he does not even provide emails, he will certainly not go to grand jury and start talking i do not expect him to come. i think brad will go o television i don't think that is proper i think you should stay in his office and work, but it does seem to me that and indictment there is imminent. there is a confluence of all these events is overwhelming right now. we have an indictment that may be coming out of new york. we have an indictment in fulto county that looks like it is coming we have the eeg carroll case which we tried and april, an we have the dominion suit whic has a lot to do with trump and lies it's an amazing legal avalanch on the shoulders of trump righ this minute. >> molly, we heard a familia refrain from donald trump, thi time on truth social, claiming

the case has problems. michael cohen, who is the lead witness, is a liar he's a convicted liar. his book is titled revenge if you can't cross examine michael cohen on trump, yo don't belong in this business. that's a problem there are legal issues the case, you could say is fundamentally a misdemeanor, which could be increased to felony, depending on the way that is pled and properly pled that is also a legal challenge it's a difficult position, and that is why i think a lot of legal observers, frankly, woul prefer the gravel meant of trump's this loyalty to th country by trying to overtur the election and the jack smit case and then using th department of justice. that is really what he did tha is a terrible, right that is the thing. he tried to overturn our constitution in a violent way,

in the dominion defamation lawsuit against fox. dominion voting systems and trio of media outlets are no accusing fox of abusing th reduction process and blocking out more information tha warranted in recent cour filings. this new filing from dominio may suggest that those redactions may be concealing

go after women who were just trying to deal with their ow medical situations and you could then sued the people tha helped her this is really appalling. think it is important to realize that a lot of thes statutes were not written to ever be enacted. they were jus written in this very vague way and then when they got past, these people or not so interested in making sure that women's lives are protected. and if you look back on roe v. wait, the original 197 decision, you can see that i was decided so broadly because doctors were truly afraid to treat women. and we had thes women who are not able to ge treatment. treatment can mea all sorts of things. thi really does target pregnan women. because if you have a miscarriage or you nee treatment you cannot get it in the states with abortion bans. >> dr., we are also stil waiting for a court decision out of texas that could ban th abortion pill. it was approved by the fda over 20 years ago

how can that -- how would that decision impact medica abortions? >> that decision is going to impact reproductive health car across the board. medication abortion or otherwise. we us this in a number of differen capacities. in gynecological care. certainly an abortio care also in the management of miscarriage and taking care of folks with experience loss. so the reverse of the approval is going to have devastatin effects on our ability to care for our communities. we have a long history knowing every search, knowing that it is safe. it is effective. this is not about safety o efficacy in the medication, it is about control and a desir to eliminate access to abortio and we have seen the way i plays out when abortion is restricted it is long reachin consequences for our health,

000, on the insurance. the ban itself had unfortunately funde itself, particularly a lot o the deposits, and bought assets. i don't want to get to complicated for viewers in the weeds of this, but they bought a lot of them. the offense started raising interest rates at which caused the value of their bonds to go down, becaus people do not want to buy bond with higher rates. all of sudden people got wind of that thought the money was in danger, and they started to dig it out once that started, and rumor started flying on twitter an elsewhere, this is very high tech, they all rush to get money out. by that time, the bank was unstoppable and the fbi had to step in, take i over, cut the losses, an figure out what to do next. th problem really lies in the nature of the assets. i don' know why they did it, why they had all of these bonds to star raising interest rates, bu

they had capital, a big loss everybody panicked. and that was the end of it. >> another part of thi equation is who the customer of this particular bank were it didn't look like any bank - so the coon valley bank had high number of start-up client but our markets going to vie silicon valley bank as jus representative of silico valley overall? what do you se as the wider impact here >> well, hopefully the wider impact is limited by the fac that it has now been taken over, and my assessment is probabl that in the receiver process another bank will see th assets and everyone will b made aware. i think it does no look great for silicon valle in general. i don't think it calls into question some of th more solid start-ups, and they will still get money, and ge investors. and may bring in th question as crypto did in th
