alleged rape, so she didn't. but teresa did call chil protective services cps an told them about ashley's other allegations of physical abuse. >> they stated that they wer going to do and check th facility and all that. once they got back with me they stated that they did no see anything there is nothing they could do >> teresa contacted th sheriff's office to, same story, nothing happened what theresa did not know is that she was far from the firs or only person to make a complaint to authorities about the circle of hope a mother told us that sh reported to school a year afte it opened. as time went on, police record show, more relatives and students told stories of abuse about a girl covered in bruises, a runway who said she wa choked by a boyd householder and another runaway, four year later, said that boyd an grabbed her by the throw
