it's so that he is likely goin to face charges. trump is holding with hi attorneys this week. do we know anything about that meeting and next to you on the legal stuff? >> lisa knows illegal stuf better than i do the question for him is to you testify as he's been invited i think that seems unlikely. never have any times he took the fifth amendment in tha other case in new york -- during one deposition. he doesn't seem likely to go forward in front of rancheri this point remember what's really interesting about this case. this case was done this case was investigated and done under - nobody was going to be chargin the former president at that point. two years went by after he lef office when he was no longer i any way immune from prosecutio and nobody decided to do it. the prosecutor said had to pic it up again. you don't pick up a case and g back to a grand jury unles you're planning to indict. that seems like a logica possibility here i think you have to assume, think his lawyers are assuming

and indictments a very rea prospect here. >> lisa, are they taking a har look at testifying or is tha already off the table? >> i think it's off the tabl for some of the reasons that peter already discussed. this is a person who at leas understood that he was i enough jeopardy to have take the fifth amendment almost 500 times in a prior civil o position with the new york attorney generals office we also know that when donal trump's unconstrained, doesn't vote the fifth and testify civilly. he gets himself into all sorts of trouble exhibit a for that is this deposition in the carroll case which about the rails eigh ways from sunday i think it's highly unlikely that he accepts the substation and alex it is only an invitation it is not a subpoena he's not being compelled t testify. it is a courtesy built into new york criminal law. >> peter brings up a goo point. this is the first bu potentially the first of a few indictments coming down th pike between this hush money case

classified documents, januar 6th, claims of electio interference, the ones that he was referencing there out of atlanta. georgia, rather. which investigations should th trump camp be most worried about? >> the trump camp should b worried about all of them. in each of these cases, each o the investigators have a ver plausible criminal case agains him. however, when we're talkin about how much crimina exposure or how much priso time the former president coul face certainly, the federal investigations are the one that posed the most jeopardy for him. of course, you have to balance that against how likely ar charges. i think that's investigation where charges are the most u in the air we know the lease about that investigation. all in the grandeur disputes they have been sealed. the investigation we seem to know the most about right no is the one that many peopl would say is the least serious but that doesn't mean that - his team don't have the good and the former president of course, their consideration
