you sometimes have what yo might characterize as potential big case and you sometimes have a potential smaller case and i will tell you that without exception, the large cases are the cases that are more difficult to prove. the more complicated the allegations, the harder -- the more potential defense there are. and sometimes, you have smaller case, where the fact and the evidence are jus staring you in the face. and they are just undeniable and i think that is what alvin bragg has here he has got the documents he has the check with trump' signature on it. he's got the testimony o michael cohen and of storm daniels. he has, apparently corroborating testimony from others who were vehicles i having this hush money paid. and i don't think it is fair i this situation to criticiz alvin bragg, for going through the case, where he has the stronger evidence. because when you have

i was particularly intereste in the former presidents use o the word arrest. there is not going to be o arrest here. i will make that prediction. it is unnecessary and, frankly it would be unwise for alvin bragg to make this any more of a circus than others are going to claim it is and so, by using the wor arrest, trump is clearly tryin to rile up his supporters th same way he did when with th search warrant that wa executed at mar-a-lago so, when you are a prosecutor, you take a lot of hits and yet you know that the only way you can conduct yourself i to speak through your actions. if the grand jury indites, i indites. if it doesn't, it doesn't. if it indites, alvin bragg i then free to come forward an give a press conference base on the indictment. but prosecutors know that they don't do freewheeling things outside the four corners of th job.

when he is being threatene with criminal charges, or he i in fear of being indicted, h will intimidate everyone he will threaten the country with civil war and try t incite violence, all the while pretending to be a man o peace. but we should not be afraid of his threats. what we need to do is to proceed with commensurat consequences to his crimes from a psychological perspective, the worst thing you can do with a dangerou individual is to bring n consequences it's actually critical that we bring federal charges in order to contain his dangerous behavior and bad influences. and that is how we contain dangerous individuals. there is as much a

but also, this has very real financial and health consequences for african american women in particular we are two and a half time more likely to suffer maternal death in pregnancy. it's in part because o structural barriers within the health care delivery system in the way that we are treate when we go and seek care so, this is an important lif or death situation for women all across the country but women of color i particular, and the africa american community i particular - this judge, in rolling back th approval of mifepristone would be rolling back the approval o two decades of fda approval fo a drug that is safer tha taking tylenol so, he is going agains precedent. he is working along partisan lines. he's politicizing an issue tha is actually a very rea
