analyst former brookly prosecutor, charles coleman. all your, as my friend where do you want to start >> richard, there's so much to unpack here. the first thing that i would say is that while i do understand that michael cohe can talk about the fact that he's going before the gran jury, it's a secret for reason as a former prosecutor, cannot just which he would b quiet and stop talking about when he's going forward and fo the grand jury that being said i do think tha jonathan is right. i think that this does serve a a sign or knit occasion that somehow the defense has pu forward a witness that basically alvin bragg feel necessary to rebut generally speaking, you don' necessarily put before - you don't put a rebuttal witness on the stand if there' nothing to rebut we do know on having a stron indication that if michael cohen is in fact going for the grand jury for a second time before i think it's the fourth time at this point it will be because somehow the defenses put forward and
