the election in which donald trump was elected was a clos one. hillary clinton won i gues almost 3 million more vote than he did. the electoral college wa close. had this information come ou before the election, it is entirely possible that a few thousand votes in a couple o states might have switched and he might not have won th election so, as we assess how serious a case this is, and ho significant cases, we should not lose sight of that fact. but, to have a more detailed conversation about the strengt of the indictment, propriety o the indictment, i think we actually have to see the indictment itself. >> one of the most troubling yet predictable developments t come out of this indictment, donald trump's allies in the so-called law and order part taking their cues from the former president are targeting alvin bragg along enforcemen official for doing his job house gop chairs have been trying to pressure brag to tur

came out of the federal suprem court that overturned roe v. wade, what went into place was in 1849 law. an 1849 law when women could not vote people meeting that could no vote, in 1849 law that outlawe abortion so the question that the supreme court hazardous to decide is, does that 1849 la still valid. they're also going to have t look at the gerrymandering tha was done by the prio administration in the 2011 cycle. whether or not tha gerrymandering there was done, and which is still in effect is in fact constitutional. my guess would be that the cas would come before the suprem court that, wisconsin suprem court to decide that there's a whole range of issue that would come before tha supreme court in wisconsin tha matter to the people o wisconsin. but beyond that, this is a election between a competent impartial, and fair judge, janet pull salah which, wh
