committed. that is only the standard they have but there is no way in the world that this office, and was there for a cumulative 3 years, on a case like that wit the grand jury jus unreasonable cause they went sort of like it was a mini trial. proof beyond a reasonabl doubt. ultimately, the jury will side but they believe, most prosecutors will, believe that they have beyond reasonabl doubt. >> danny, you said that ther are a lot of things we've seen documentation alike. is there a key piece of that that you think has yet to be revealed and, if so, what migh that be? i know you mention taxes >> yes, i think we have seen all of the big east. i think we saw the checks that were written to michael cohen, we know michael cohen' testimony, michael cohen, yes, he is a flawed witness, bu there is no way that the manhattan da's going to base their entire prosecution on th testimony alone of michael cohen. we know that alone because you don't do that with cooperating witnesses but in addition we know that there are document out there. there are contracts, there are

a very document heavy case, an i say that not knowing what al the 30 counts are, but we have those 30 counts, it is documen heavy. lonnie davis on this network the other night sort of hinted at what the case was, and he would know clearly he wasn't in the grand jury but he would've bee present with mr. cohen when th prosecutors were showing him documents and call them to affect them. having them listen to audio, s they had a sense of th evidence that was presented, a least through mr. cohen. so i think that it is going to be documentary evidence, testimony evidence, and as m colleague said they are no going to base everything on mr cohen who is a baseboard, bu they will corroborat everything that he says and wouldn't be surprised that there might be evidence abou the playboy model who -- >> carry mcdougal. >> yes, who was not published, so there might be a conspiracy

joining me now is nbc's emil kara in little rock, arkansas, one of the hardest hit areas i can only imagine with th damages. try to show explain to us, emily. >> hey there, alex those 165 mile an hour winds was the twister that hit thi home in this stretch o neighborhood it is now confirmed ef3 tornad according to national weathe service surveyors on the groun yesterday looking at the extensive news of the damage this is just one section o really sweeping levels o extensive damage you take a look behind me, a force from this storm is enoug to peel off the brick facade the front of the home. you can see the bedroom on the second floor is just completel exposed. i talked to the residents, the owner of this home, just i complete shock fortunately, he was not home a the time when this massive storm powered through. but he says when he rounded th corner to see what was left, h was absolutely stunned the rubble here just left in

piles it was a force that even took down massive trees like this one and this was an entire stretch of neighborhood look like just homes, completely decimated. here in arkansas, wher dorothy's report that five people have been tragicall killed we can see that the death toll in other states as wel continues to tick upwards. you can see where the governor here declared a state of emergency. i want you to take a liste from some really harrowing stories from the residents who were here on the ground. >> all of a sudden, it jus exploded inward. and next thing i know, i a lying and going backwards in the storm on the ground. and i'm find, i got cuts, bu the main thing is that nobod got hurt >> this is not a normal patter for these tornadoes throug here this is the first time in 56 years that it has actually com here it's been a mile down that, wa a mile down another way, but i has never come through here. the only good thing we tak through this is that there i no one here, no one hurt, an that things can be replaced.

grand jury he feels that if he were convicted. we still don't know what happens. what is on the indictment. it may be more than stormy daniels. so everyone is talking about this, i would tell them to wai and see what is unsealed in th indictment this could be business fraud this could be insurance fraud, don't forget that his c f o is finishing his jail term. you don't know if he has com back with other evidence he's fired lawyers of the trum organization was paying for. so before we fall this the smallest of the investigations we need to wait and see what the indictment says. and i agree with michael cohen that it does not matter what i is it is going to be significant. and for those who say that michael cohen is a witness i compromised, and he is, bu that is how you build cases.
