potentials that could play out here if a crime indeed was committed? >> well, i mean, he is ver much capable of talking himsel into more trouble. we have seen this from the ver beginning of his presidentia career when he basically too an investigation about whether or not the russians tried to interfere with the 201 election, and made tha investigation essentially al about him and his desire, an attempts to obstruct tha investigation. i remember there was several hundred page report issued b special counsel robert mueller and one half of it was devoted to trump's efforts to derail the investigation. he is perfectly capable of committing crimes, felonies to avoid nothing, which was probably what he had don before he started the muelle investigation.

have been following this morning out of wisconsin where for the first time in 15 years the state supreme court will have a liberal majority, nbc news can project that milwauke county - has defeated former stat supreme court justice da kelly. joining us now, national political correspondent sh steve kornacki over at the big board. good morning, big implications here for pelosi, perhaps for the future of the vote in th state of wisconsin

>> yes, hot button issues in wisconsin, obviously touch o national hot button issue. the supreme court may be tas in that state with deciding -- in wisconsin have become suc major deals, most expensive by far and as it culminates you say not officially a democra -- a republican line candidate, a democratic aligned candidate winning this thing basically by double digits wisconsin obviously is a dat with a bit more than a yea from now, we will be watchin very closely in the 2024 presidential election. if you start trying to map tha out, it is hard to find republican victory formula i 2024 that does not include winning wisconsin, so with tha we take a look at some of th patterns and chance that stand out, one has to do in th suburban counties immediatel outside of milwaukee, they cal on the wow counties.
