the very latest on these two crucial abortion developments. first of, all we have th supreme court. they are reviewing mifepristone they're reviewing everything about, it's the underpinning of, it what recently the release had created, but w notice a stay until wednesday, it is accessible until wednesday, and then what happens? >> >> so we saw the suprem court move rather quickl yesterday, as on friday, t preserve the status quo as i relates to access to medicatio abortion, the two pin regiment keeping mifepristone accessible it really gave the supreme court a little bit more time t consider the next steps in thi case now the plaintiffs in this case, which are made up of a group o antiabortion advocates and doctors, are also ordered to respond by tuesday at noon from there we would likely o could as soon as mid next week get a response or some guidanc on what access looks like as i relates to mifepristone by

latest on the investigation. george, good day to you, whe you learning about this >> good day alex. we know this case is obviously going to continue with it's lengthy investigation as w review the documents that were leaked on line this is obviously a very emotional case for the family. we saw this outside of the courthouse his father telling him, i love you, and he responded i love you back, and so let's kind of backtrack a little bit here an how we got here. we know that jack teixeira had some security clearance as far as 2021, it was a very lon after that some of these documents reportedly leake online on a online forum, social media platform, prett much known to gamers, and so jack teixeira apparently kne that investigators were trying to get closer to him because there are reports that he used his government issued laptop t search for the word leak, an that is when he became aware that they were looking into it in some parts of the court affidavit that we were reviewing, he was taking tax he was transcribing informatio from some of these informations,

this compromise our collection systems? will hostile nations do some forensics on this? and if you dive into the substance, a lot of this was actually known already, and so i'm not downplaying it already but putting it in comparison with other kind of espionage scandals of the past, it jus doesn't match up that you raise something about his motivations, i think it' really interesting, and that's where investigators are gonn be diving into this, because h is, from the washington post reporting that video, hi friend was saying that he wa engaged and antisemitic racist rhetoric, shooting guns, kin of looked at the alt-right as place where he was comfortable and so i think their people ar going to really dive into that and you can ask the question how did somebody like this get a security clearance and how did somebody maintain access t those systems. and one thing i suspect is tha there might be football around him who actually knew. so i think d.o.d. is going t have to tighten up this again, because as we mentioned before these are human beings, and we can't have people like thi
