davis, call trump's lawsuit form of harassment and intimidation is there any merit, or is it solely to intimidate him, yo think? >> i think it is solely to intimidating for political purposes this is not a justifiable, legal move the reading of it is almos laughable, and i'm sure it's not for michael cohen. but it takes everything that h could possibly grab from any document that says that michae cohen did x, or why, which all has nothing to do with his obligations to donald trump. and it ignores the crime fraud exception. attorney client privilege does not protect a lawyer fro testifying when the client i engaged in crime and fraud which is exactly what is being testified to by michael cohen. so, you have to put it in that context to realize how silly this lawsuit is.
