the lawyer, so semi-straight here could this be a indication that a settlement might be in the works? >> yeah. so, you can settle even on the courthouse steps, on the trial you can settle right before jury verdict is rendered in th case, frankly, you could settl after the verdict annual - if you are going to appeal everybody has wondered aloud why has in this case settled already. it seems to be the case that dominion is barreling toward the finish line, towar success. and why has fox not pointed up the money? number one, we do know dominio is claiming billions of dollar in damages let's be clear compensatory damages in this case the economic damages in this case, they are claiming as 1.6 billion, plus the 800 -- punitive damage of this that they are asking the jury t award, which could've also troubled that, right so there is a lot of money tha is at play i personally think that if w settle, you are not going to know the amount.
