>> the republicans in the house are going to go on record and make a decision if they're going to stand for truth and accountable or if they're going to stand with someone who is an admitted liar. >> republicans unable to clean up their own george santos mess, so it was left to a democrat to produce a resolution to expel him. i'm ask hakeem jeffries about that and his meeting today with the white house on the looming debt ceiling crisis. also tonight, the serious new allegations against rudy giuliani. beyond the really pervy alleged sexual harassment, there's the accusation he and trump were trying to sell pardons and planned to split the cash. plus, keeping it right wing goes wrong. the culture war ron desantis is fighting is not only morally repugnant, it's economically disastrous. case in point, his most recent

anti-immigration bi>> and we be to the brink of financial catastrophe. we are now just 15 days from the united states potentially running out of cash to pay its bills, if congress doesn't act to raise the debt limit. president biden once again hosted top congressional leaders from both parties to try to reach some kind of agreement to avert a disastrous default. it will cut short a planned visit to asia as the situation grows more urgent, returning sunday immediately following the g-7 summit in japan. it is a mess, to put it bluntly. and one of kevin mccarthy's own making. following today's meeting, mccarthy expressed optimism a deal could be reached by the end of the week, even as he accused the white house of delaying negotiations, but it is mccarthy who was holding the u.s. economy hostage to please the most extreme members of his caucus. who are just wasting time with nonsense like this. house judiciary chairman jim jordan will haul in former

special counsel john durham next week to testify about his dud report. jim comer cannot seem to find the informant in his investigation into the biden family which failed to find any evidence of the alleged corruption he hyped for months. perhaps what comer should be looking into is one of the very members of his own committee, hard right congressman paul gosar, who according to talking points memrow, has allegedly been employing a white nationalist fan of white supremacist live streaming nick fuentes in his office for at least the past year. there's also mccarthy's other lingering problem, george santos. today, democratic congressman robert garcia of california introduced a resolution to expel santos from congress. kevin mccarthy punted a question about that, of course. saying he wants the ethics committee to investigate santos and, you know, he threw in a complete monsecwitter pot shot at adam schiff. joining me now is house
4:04 pm
democratic leader hakeem jeffries of new york. i do want toet to the most important thing we have to talk about, which is of course the debt ceiling and the debt limit. but i do need to talk about kevin mccarthy. because today, he couldn't even answer a very straightforward question about probably the most embarrassing member of his caucus, george santos. i want to play that for you for a moment. >> i think i would like the house to take up this work and look at it, and if it rises to that occasion, then because as we look to all of these differences -- we just had a report come out from durham. what does that say about adam schiff? he lied to the american public. should he be expelled from congress as well? >> okay, first of all, that is insane. adam schiff is barely mentioned in the durham report. three sort of passing mentions of him. he's not at issue here. and that is who you all are negotiated with about the debt
4:05 pm
limit. is he taking the debt limit more seriously than he's taking the presence of a potential felon in his caucus? >> first, great to be with you, joy. you know, george santos is a serial fraudster. he does not belong anywhere near the house of representatives. he defrauded the people of the third congressional district in new york. lied about everything. lied about his life, lied about his jobs, lied about his finances, lied about his professional experiences. lied about being jewish. he perpetrated a fraud on the people of new york. he was elected under false pretenses. so i commend congressman garcia for bringing this privileged resolution forward, and the real question is, are house republicans going to stand on the side of truth or stand on the side of george santos? it's important to mention, santos was referred to the ethics committee month ago. so what are we doing?
4:06 pm
you're either going to hold him accountable under the constitution or you're not. it's going to be interesting to see how theo-called moderates in terms of new york house republicans vote. they have all said that they want him out. and he doesn't belong in the house of representatives. tomorrow, they will have an opportunity to vote their word. >> so that is going to come to the floor. and as you said, you're going to find out, we will all find out whether house moderates to the extent there are house moderates left in the republican party, will vote him out. but on the debt limit, there is in theory a way that you could bring a privileged resolution to see how serious those same house moderates are about averting an economic catastrophe. that's what janet yellen said, it would be a disaster for every person in this country economically. it would cause a recession, et cetera. do you believe that there are enough republicans who would vote if you did a privileged
4:07 pm
resolution to force ovote on whether or not we should allow ourselves to crash over the debt limit? >> that's an open question and remains to be seen. i do think we'll have to probe those republicans and they should be held accountable for their positions that were previously taken, which is to vote with the extremists on the default on america act. which would dramatically cut medicaid spending for disabled children and seniors in their golden years. dramatically cut education, dramatically cut public safety funding, dramatically cut health care, food and nutrition assistance. draconian cuts that the american people find objectionable all across the country. and you know, we were essentially given a choice by some of the extreme maga republicans. accept the default on america act or accept an actual default that would destroy millions of jobs, crash the stock market, hurt retirees, and sky rocket
4:08 pm
costs. neither of those two choices are acceptable. and i think in the meeting today, which was positive, because it was cordial, it was candid, and there's a potential path forward, leader schumer, president biden, myself, we all made clear default is not acceptable. and neither is a take it or leave it approach. >> "the washington post" reports that in that meeting that you were all in, the democratic side, perhaps even yourself, offered up closing tax loopholes. you hear a lot of talk from republicans about we need to close excessive loopholes. that was rejected summarily. that's what "the washington post" reports. is that accurate? >> it is accurate that we had a real conversation about the appropriate way to deal with the deficit. president biden produced a budget in march. it's a budgt that would strengthen social, work for everyday americans and reduce
4:09 pm
the deficit by $3 trillion by doing things like closing tax loopholes for big pharma, closing tax loopholes for big oil, and finding other areas where you can eliminate that type of waste or fraud or abuse. and the republicans indicated they had a different perspective about it, but our view is you can't have a real conversation about deficit reduction if you want to take revenues and closing tax loopholes off the table. again, we're not interested in a take it or leave it approach. and that was made clear. >> is a privileged resolution on the table, is this something you're seriously considering, meaning going around kevin mccarthy and simply forcing a vote on the floor about an up or down limit, debt limit increase? >> my view is all options have to be on the table and we have to explore every opportunity to avoid a catastrophic and dangerous default. one of the options that could be available to us is a discharge
4:10 pm
petition. now, that doesn't -- that doesn't go live until tomorrow, and we'll have to have a conversation about the best way to proceed. but it will require not just the signatures of 213 democrats but as you pointed out in your opening, question to me, we would also have to find at least five republicans to do the right thing. and my view is, look, we should just be able to find common ground with the fierce urgency of now because a dangerous default will be bad for everyone. >> right. >> this is a reckless thing. we have a constitutional responsibility to protect the full faith and credit of the united states of america. it can't be done in a hostage taking situation. seems to be a better approach taken by my republican colleagues in the meeting today in understanding the urgency of moving forward and it was agreement that there is no way
4:11 pm
out of this manufactured crisis unless we can reach a bipartisan agreement about moving forward. our view continuing to be that the debt ceiling should be raised in a clean way, consistent with what was done under democratic presidents and republican presidents. but of course, we can have a simultaneous conversation about the budget, about appropriations because we do that every year. >> right. >> in determining what's the right mix of spending and revenue and investments to protect the health, safety, and wellbeing of the american people. >> i have to ask you about dealing with this caucus. you have paul gosar who is employing a white nationalist, who himself has employed white nationalist commentary. he's still there. you have the matt gaetzs of the world, you have marjorie taylor greene and others who are out vocally supporting the choking death of jordan neely, which has
4:12 pm
been determined in your state of new york, my home state of new york, as being a homicide. and they're out vocally supporting him, as is a former colleague of yours in the house, ron desantis, the current governor of florida. i would find it difficult to work with people under those circumstances but i wonder what you make of this rush to support vigilanteism before there's been an adjudication of the case. >> extreme maga republicans portray themselves as the party of law and order. that's phony, that's fake, that's false. they continue to demonstrate that they are the party of lawlessness and disorder. that's why they're supporting santos, that's why they appear to be supporting vigilante action. they have done this before. they did it in wisconsin. this is who they are. they want to defund the fbi. they want to impeach the fbi director, who by the way, was appointed by donald trump. but at the end of the day, they bend the knee to the insurrectionist in chief. they have become in large

4:14 pm
directed to go after alvin bragg because they're just bending the knee to the insurrectionist in chief who has ordered them apparently to try to demonize alvin bragg because he doesn't want to face the music. but i think alvin bragg is a good and decent man. he's got an extraordinary track record in law enforcement, former federal prosecutor, exemplary record. and i believe he's going to continue to follow the facts, apply the law, be guided by the constitution, and present the information to the jury, present the information to the american people, and then we can all make our own decisions about the way forward, but no one in america is above the law. that includes the former president. >> yeah. privilege, can i ask one completely unserious question? it's serious to me and spike lee. next year, do the knicks go further? >> absolutely. it was a great season. i'm so proud of them. it was a joy.

okay, before i explain rudy giuliani's latest scandal to you, let me just start by warning you this next report will disgust you. so here it is. 78-year-old rudy giuliani, the former prosecutor turned new york mayor turned hair dye dripping trump lawyer, has been accused by one of his former employees of multiple counts of rape, sexual abuse, harassment, and stolen wages during the two years she worked for him starting in 2019. nicole dunphy makes these disturbing allegations in her 70-page lawsuit in which she is seeking $10 million in damages. in the suit, she goes into graphic detail about the things giuliani allegedly said and did to her throughout her employment. giuliani denies it all, even though as dunphy indicates throughout her lawsuit, a lot of it was recorded.
4:21 pm
the descent of the man who after 9/11 was called america's mayor and includes allegations that in sexually abusing her, giuliani told her he thinks of as his daughter. as groce as those allegations are, there are other allegations in the lawsuit that could turn into federal investigations. dunphy alleges that giuliani told her in 2019 he was selling presidential pardons for $2 million, money he and then president donald trump planned to split. the lawsuit did not allege any were sold, but even so, that could describe a conspiracy to commit extortion. it also does not claim that there are any recordings of this conversation and a spokesperson for donald trump's 2024 campaign has not responded to a request for comment. then there's a part of the lawsuit where giuliani allegedly tells dunphy to commit the crime of lying to the fbi, quote, he told her if the fbi sought to
4:22 pm
interview her, she should not remember anything and should claim that she did not know giuliani. and there is the part where he allegedly admits to federal and state income tax evasion, describing to dunphy how he had a friend collect and hold a million dollars owed to him so that he could avoid reporting the income and keep it from his third wife in divorce proceedings. and like many of their other conversations, confy says she has that one on tape. joining me is kimberly atkins stohr, senior opinion writing for the "boston globe," and kurt bardella. kim, i will start with you. the really gross and disgusting part of the lawsuit, i read some of it and it turned my stomach, forcing this woman to perform sexual acts, saying that was part of her job, saying he wanted these sexual acts done while he was on phone calls because it made him feel like bill clinton. it was gross, and that part allegedly dunphy said was when the law came out that e. jean
4:23 pm
carroll came out to go after trump, that inspired her to come forward. talk about the part that seems to me to put giuliani in danger, not just of a civil action, but a criminal one. >> yes, i think that was the most i mean, as horrific as the essential rape claims that saying that he sold -- that he was trying to sell pardons along with donald trump and they would split the proceeds. that is a crime. that would be not just alleged bribery, but also fraud on the services. there are several federal laws that that could break, and that's problematic. now, it's important as we're discussing this to say this is a complaint. we don't know what evidence she has. she's going to have to bring that forward, but discovery is going to be able to open up these federal investigations that you are talking about. and that could be really problematic not just for rudy giuliani but also for donald trump. >> because it's a civil case, is it possible that these, what she
4:24 pm
says is recorded, these recorded conversations, become public? >> yes, it is possible. as the discovery period goes forward, it is decided by the judge in this case what could be made public and when and who can have access to it. it may not always be automatically made public, and it could take some time, but just because it's a civil case does not mean that this discovery is shielded. >> so kurt, let's talk about this. this is the parts that relate to the fradulent attempt to pretend donald trump had the 2020 election stolen from him. this is what nicole dunphy said. giuliani told ms. dunphy about a plan that had been prepared for if trump lost the 2020 election, specifically, giuliani told ms. dunphy that trump's team would claim there was voter fraud and that trump had actually won the election. this plan was discussed at several business meetings with
4:25 pm
giuliani and lev parnas. that sounds like something that jack smith might want to know about. >> yeah, if anything, ms. dunphy is, while she's a victim, she's also a witness to a massive attack on our democracy, and if she has information that shows there were conversations and she has some of those on tape about the plot to thwart the election and show this was deliberate, this was contrived, this was planned, this wasn't just some rowdy tourists having a normal day on capitol hill, there was a deeper conspiracy going on that started before the election results even came in, that's something that any special counsel and anyone investigating what happened that led to the circumstances of january 6th should want to look at so she becomes a very important and credible witness. i can't underscore the proximity to the people that were first-hand a part of this is incredibly important and very credible, and if i were rudy giuliani, donald trump, and everyone in the republican party, i would be worried.
4:26 pm
>> we know john eastman allegedly sought a presidential pardon. we know there were members of congress who went and asked and acquired whether they could get pardons as well. now, at least what this woman is alleging is they premeditated the stop the steal scam a year before the election. that seems to me like something fani willis might want to talk to them about. >> absolutely. what is also crucial about this case, in making her civil claim, it requires proving she was actually an employee of giuliani, and one of the crucial pieces of evidence is the fact that she had access to years worth of his emails, which could, not every email may come into evidence for the purpose of this claim, but a lot of them to show that she was in close proximity to giuliani, who was the president's right-hand man and she had access to all kinds of things that could even raise national security implications based on the number of people whose emails she said she had. that could go forward in proving
4:27 pm
claims of what happened leading up to january 6th. >> you see right now these republicans on capitol hill talking about the weaponization of government and investigating everything that they could put their hands on relating to the president's first family, yet here we have again another example of a potential pay for play scheme at the federal government level. where is jim jordan on this, james comer on this? they're out there chasing shadows making up stuff that doesn't exist and we have another example of corruption, malfeasance and abuse of power. >> and one of the people who allegedly was offered this pay to play scheme is a man who is a former cia officer who was convicted of illegally disclosing classified information, something trump should be familiar with, he apparently turned down the $2 million deal, give me $2 million, i'll give you a pardon, but we were talking earlier, there have been allegations trump was offering these pardons for money. down to people saying maybe lil' wayne bought his pardon. it's been a thing for a while, but selling a pardon, this is illegal. if donald trump were found to have done this, is there a
4:28 pm
likelihood that maybe jack smith opens a third line of inquiry into him? >> or just continues the one he's on. it would be a part of the same basic underlying things, but yes, it could be. it would definitely be more of an investigation. this is something that has not yet been fully vetted out as far as we can see, but this additional information, of course, would be -- >> those were all rumors. lil' wayne fans, don't come for me on twitter. but at the time, i think people ask questions about a lot of people who got pardons and say, did these people pay money? i want to talk about rudy giuliani. this is rudy giuliani, who used to be a prosecutor, a respected prosecutor. he has lost his law license in new york. the d.c. appeals court is looking at his law license as well. he could be disbarred in d.c. why, and it now appears he was sort of flagrantly at least proposing crimes, allegedly, according to this woman. what happens to people when they get in the orbit of donald
4:29 pm
trump, do you think? or were they already corrupt? >> one of two things seems to happen. one, they need to lawyer up themselves because they become a part of a mass web of potentially criminal activity, and other thing, too, at some point along the way, they get dumped and rolled over on by donald trump. this is a guy not loyal to anybody. as soon as it gets too hot for donald, he will throw you over the bus and back it over and run it back over again. all of these people who get into the trump orbit, the story always seems to end the same, whether it was michael cohen, whether it was jeff sessions, his former attorney general, whether it was bill barr, who now trump hates and despises, we have seen the back and forth love hate thing with steve bannon. the story always ends the same. they end up with sullied reputations, no professional worth of any kind, a lot of legal fees. >> and he doesn't pay his bills. i don't know if giuliani got paid for the legal fees. can you imagine if you did all that work -- >> i would only take money up

said people could face felony charges if they're caught transporting five or more undocumented immigrants or a minor. joining me is an immigration attorney in florida. i will note for you, that the exception to being able to transport undocumented migrants is the governor, who has been authorized by this law to fly migrants from texas who he has brought into the state and put on planes and flown them to all sorts of blue states. he gets to do it. what is the impact of this law before it even goes into effect in july? >> thank you for having me. so right now, we are already seeing basically the start of what's going to likely be a mass of immigrants out of the state of florida. we understand in the state of florida, we are 21% of the state is populated by immigrants. and so when you have a state where 35% of entrepreneurs are immigrants, contributing a whopping $8.1 billion in total
4:45 pm
income to the state of florida, when you have over 21% of the population being foreign born, where you have over half a million u.s. citizens living with at least one undocumented family member in their home in a mixed status environment, you know, when you have a state that is run by immigrants and industries of crop production, agriculture, construction, roofing, taxi drivers, and maids and house keeping. when you have a state that is run so much by immigrants, to say this bill is going to affect nearly all residents, families, and businesses in the state is really a terrifying fact. >> and you know, it's interesting because you talk about the number of immigrant entrepreneurs in florida. i definitely experienced that, i lived down there 14 years. you have a lot of people who own construction firms and restaurants, and these are people who are latino. they are themselves, and a lot of them are republicans, and desantis supporters and probably voted for him. i want to read a quote from the
4:46 pm
same article that quoted you in the new yorker. this was a quote from a gentleman named jose rodriguez, and he's a priest in a church in orlando. he said that conservative latinos are prioritizing abortion over immigration and other life-preserving issues. rodriguez, who supports immigration rights added, they make a good show of pretending they care about immigrants, but at the end of the day, they worship at the altar of conservatism. what i have been seeing on the tiktoks going up is a lot of people who voted for desantis and thought that he would be a good governor are actually waking up to the fact this isn't helping them. are you seeing that kind of reaction from latinos? >> i'm in jacksonville, florida. we tend to be a little more on the conservative side as a whole. i do definitely believe jackson was a bit of a purple city, if you will, not quite blue like orlando or what miami used to be prior to this past election.
4:47 pm
but i definitely think, so having this experience, i have been doing immigration for nine years working in immigration for 13 years. and i will tell you that particularly the hispanic latino immigrant, because there's different types of immigrants. iacsonville, we have 6% to 7% asian population, 11% to 12% hispanic latino, and 33% to 34% african american black population. we're actually a majority minority city, but our politics don't reflect that. but having already seen a couple of election cycles here, what i can tell you is that the immigrant, particularly the hispanic latino immigrant is not monolithic, they're not attached to one particular issue. because traditionally people have -- we come from countries where religion is a very strong -- has a very strong hold on our households, they tend to vote for things that don't
4:48 pm
necessarily protect their immediate interests. and that's something that i started a nonprofit that we're trying to work to educate the immigrant population on like this is the way our political system works. this is how, you know, when you come to this country, you have to leave aside your political baggage from your country. unfortunately, a lot of the immigrants that come from, you know, states that have been very polarized where there's been a lot of corruption and collusion, they tend to vote a very specific way because they're trying to avoid having that here, not understanding how our constitution works. separation of powers, federalism, so we're trying to educate the population with that because we see this to be a part of lack of education more than anything else. >> and there's also just the actual fear that people are feeling. i mean, if you're afraid to go to the hospital, then that's dangerous and it can lead to people dying. are you concerned that people are going to be so fearful that if they don't leave, you may
4:49 pm
actually start to see real health crises in the state? >> so i actually -- you said it, you hit the nail on the head. i genuinely believe this bill is economic suicide. sb-1718 is a sucker punch to florida's future, its businesses, families, immigrant communities and loved ones. it's going to reduce road safety and keep people away from the hospitals. what's very bothersome about this bill is that it has all these provisions but then it has ways to back pedal. for example, for the hospital provision, once they report that information to the governor and the legislature, once the hospitals are required to submit those reports, there's a section where they're allowed to elect if the person declined to answer. that's written the to the bill as a possibility. but if you ask an immigrant at the hospital about their status, they're going to be fearful to continue seeking medical attention despite the fact that you can decline to answer.
4:50 pm
so absolutely, immigrants by nature already don't report crimes. there's a specific type of bill, there's been legislative acts in 2008, in 2000, there was a bill to help immigrants who were victims of crime come forward to talk about criminal activity, and because they inherently don't. they're afraid, so now we have hospitals and we have police officers that are going to be acting as i.c.e. officers and it's going to create what this bill was designed to do, fearmongering, absolutely. >> it's designed to create fear, and also to strip worksites of workers in the state with the most hurricanes in america, where they need people to do construction. it makes no sense, and it's also >> here's, thank you. coming up, pivotal primaries today, kentucky in pennsylvania, where a special election is putting reproductive and voting rights on the ballot. we have races that have been called, just the last hour, and

kentucky, pennsylvania, and florida. voters in each state have big issues to contend with. there is the special house election that will decide which party controls the pennsylvania house, which would have major consequences when it comes to abortion. there's also philadelphia's democratic primary for mayor, which is wide open, and could be historic. for the first time, three top
4:56 pm
contenders are women. philly has never had a female mayor. voters are also picking candidates for the state supreme court. two republicans are election deniers. and, kentucky where polls just closed, republicans were picking their nominee to face democratic governor andrew beshear, who's looking for a second term. minutes ago, -- daniel cameron, who has the endorsement of donald trump and mitch mcconnell. the winner of the republican primary. meanwhile, voters in jacksonville, florida, are picking their next mayor. the breeze could be -- if republicans win, which multiple news organizations have projected is the case. joining us now is nbc news senior national political reporter. let's go to reverse order, jacksonville would be a big pick up for democrats in a city that has gone barely republican. >> it certainly would be. this is the kind of city where democrats should have a good pick about opportunity. is the largest city in the country by population that has a republican mayor. the current where mayor is term limited, he will be out, he barely won his first race. only by a few points, and he
4:57 pm
swept the next time around. this should be a good opportunity for democrats to flip. >> let's go to kentucky quickly. daniel cameron, trump seemed to be happy, but also mitch mcconnell, we had that they're both in their. >> it was an interesting proxy war between donald trump and ron desantis. he had endorsed daniel cameron early, desantis swooped and later on. they incidentally served as trump's yuan ambassador, and known to be a good republican megadonor in kentucky. >> is she from that craft family? the rich craft? >> yes, trump's pack is already spiking the ball. i got a statement from maga packed spokesman. quote, president trump is the leader of the republican party. the return -- reaffirmed that, republican voters stand with president trump, not rhonda santas. and quote. they are mentioning him by name, spiking the ball. trying to teach him a lesson here. desantis swooped in to try and boost kelly craft of the, and it did not work. >> one of the interesting things in the general election is the daniel cameron will not
4:58 pm
get any help from black voters. miss newman, due to the way that he ran the breonna taylor investigation, and cleared those officers for killing them in blood. -- let's move on to pennsylvania. lots of excitement, go to it. let's talk. >> there's a primary for philadelphia mayor, the primary of the democratic side is pretty much in the general election. this is an 80% democratic city. one of the big things we're watching is a test of progressive firepower. one candidate, helen jim has been endorsed by kelly sanders, aoc, and she's the first -- and this progressive candidate, in chicago, it's going to be a big focus on public safety, crime, but as we saw in chicago, it doesn't necessarily mean the main centrist candidate will win. joy, the suburbs of philadelphia, there is a special election which i'm the most interested in tonight. polls are closing in just moments on that. this is delaware county, red to blue district, reliably voted republican before donald trump came along in 2018, 2020, 2022,
4:59 pm
voted democratic. this special election will tell us not only where turnout is, but whether the suburbs are sticking with the democratic party. there's a lot of suburban voters, who are not infatuated with the democratic party. they could be on rental for the democrats, they don't like trump's version of the democratic party. are they sticking with him? this could be an important clue to where donald trump is trouble in 2024. >> it also seems that election deniers are still doing well. you have the secretary of state race in kentucky, michael adams beats to election deniers. it doesn't seem that election denying helps you out. >> election deniers got swept out in 2022. they had a horrible midterm election, and in pennsylvania, there are a lot of dominick's election deniers on the ballot running for -- and i have this written down, there are two dozen, more than two dozen on the ballot for county, commissioner, or city council. that's according to vote, beat that spot by p.a. that ran an investigation. some of these people are
5:00 pm
running elections there. this is trump's republican party. >> and the thing is, he seems to be doubling down on that model. you can take daniel cameron out of it because he's a sitting attorney general, he just does whatever the republican base wants him to do. it does seem that donald trump is not walking away from that model, because he still wants election deniers in place for 2024. >> he is certainly not. he is fully embracing. it don't think that he's moved away from election denial, from conspiracy theories, he's leaning further and further into it, and so it kind of tells you his path to victory in 2024 is precarious in the sense that he's not doing anything to appeal to the suburban voters that decided to give him a chance in 2016, and then bolted in 2020. he's going to need a supercharged turnout. he sees these types of voters that believe in the election denialism. >> and they keep on going. always good to see you. that is tonight's reidout. all in with chris hayes starts right now. >> tonight on all in, but -- >> there is just am
