resurfacing in the wake of this attack. >> we need statement ship, we need international community. starting with -- we are looking forward to the security council to enforce international law equally. israel has won four 75 years, accustomed to the fact that it is the exception to the rule, that it is above the law, that it has complete immunity granted by the u.s., by the uk and the rest. >> there are two paths in the region. one is the path of normalization, integration, of people working together. the other path is what we've seen from hamas, terrorism. or. something that offers not only nothing to people throughout the region. and offers nothing to the palestinians. on the contrary, everything that hamas does makes there's a tuition, their plight, even worse. they bring nothing but death and destruction. not only from israelis, but the palestinians. >> our team of reporters are
10:04 am
standing by to cover the latest developments on this breaking news. we have them from israel to washington and beyond. first, we're going to go to israel. nbc's raf sanchez. welcome to you, this talk about what's happening around you, where you are right now. >> well,, alex it is now nearly 40 hours since this unprecedented surprise attack. the israeli military is trying, haven't been badly off-guard to regain the initiative. in the last couple hours, they have launched hundreds of airstrikes in gaza using aircraft, drones, and helicopters. we have been hearing those strikes all day, hearing the machine guns of these helicopter gunships that are circling gaza city right now. they're targeting what they say or hamas tunnels, the command post. for all their efforts, alex, they are still not even in full control of israel's own territory. there are, at this hour, still
10:05 am
gun battles going on between israeli ground forces and pockets of palestinian militants who are still holding out. as the violence continues to swell here, there is fears that it may spread across the region. >> [sound of artillery] the israeli military is pounding targets across the gaza strip. they're fighting gun battles against squads of palestinian militants, still on the loose inside israel. more than 24 hours after the surprise attack began. >> we were in lockdown for eight hours and hearing terrorists outside. they try to break into houses. this is worse than our worst nightmares. >> thousands of reservists called out for what people here expect is the start of a long and bloody war. >> every indication is that israel is preparing for what would be a once a large scale, ground offensive into gaza. one of the most complex hostage rescue operations the world has
10:06 am
ever seen. me >> [screaming] >> after blasting their way through the gaza border fence, fighters from hamas and islamic jihad swept into israeli towns, kidnapping whole families, and marching them barefoot through their own neighborhoods. this woman screaming for help but she's dragged away into gaza. her boyfriend's hands behind his back, helpless to safer. her family identify her as noah. a 25-year-old student who had been at a dance party. this video later shows her inside gaza, apparently uninjured. >> unlike this woman, bloodied, zip tied, and terrified. struggling as she's forced into the back of a captured israeli jeep. the exact number of israeli hostages still unknown. overnight, israel's military is beginning to release names of more than 25 soldiers killed. president biden is voicing his support, warning israel's

enemies not to escalate. >> this is not a moment for any party hostile to israel to exploit these attacks, to seek advantage. >> this morning, fire from militants aligned with hamas, israel striking back with drones. sparking fears that this war could spread to multiple fronts. meanwhile, more ways of relentless rocket fire from gaza. inside the strip, hospitals are overflowing with the dead and wounded. they're ordering palestinians to evacuate certain areas. a densely populated gaza, home to 2 million people, there's nowhere for families to run. if israeli forces enter on the ground, the already massive loss of life may be only the beginning. >> on top of that rocket fire from lebanon, to israeli tourists were murdered earlier today in the egyptian city of
10:08 am
alexandria. that is according to the form ministry. the violence that started in the holy land may not stay here. alex, i mentioned in that piece, that young woman, noah, the 25-year-old kidnapped from that dance party near the gaza border, we just wrapped up in an interview with her father. his name is yaakov. know is his only child. you could see in his eyes the universal agony of a parent who knows that their child is in harm's way right now. this is a man who almost couldn't breathe when i asked him if he would speak to the militants from hamas, from the islamic jihad who are holding his daughter hostage. what would you say to them? he could barely get the words out as he said please, please, i beg you. don't hurt her. alex. >> raf, that is gonna run.
10:09 am
let me ask you very quickly, you did report that there are still skirmishes going on. there are others who suggested that for the most part, within israel, the palestinian militants have been taking care of. they've been captured, killed, that they aren't still there. do you have confirmation either way? >> we do, alex. we spoke a little while earlier to a spokesman for the israeli defense force. we met him down in the town where there had been such fierce fighting. yesterday, into the night, it is a massive crime scene. there are police cars riddled with bullets. as you, walk your feet crunch on the shell casings from the thousands of rounds fired. it's de roan itself, it was quiet when we were there. the spokesperson did confirm that in other communities, smaller areas along the border,
10:10 am
there is still fighting going on. the israeli military released footage this morning showing what it said were palestinian militants on a beach near the gaza border been attacked by israeli naval ships, by israeli naval forces. so as far as the idf is concerned, they have not yet fully regained control of israeli territory. alex. >> understood. ron sanchez, excellent reporting. see you again soon. thank you for that. speaking at the idf, joining me now is the spokesperson for israeli defense forces. lieutenant colonel jonathan. colonel, thank you for joining me during this busy time. my condolences. can you confirm that there are 25 israeli soldiers who have been killed? is that the number you have as well, sir? >> yes. these are, this is an unprecedented time. i will give you numbers. i will tell you things that two days ago seemed unimaginable. even our wildest nightmares. these were not the numbers that
10:11 am
we ever, ever thought that we would be counting and dead israelis. the official tally is 700 dead israelis. that, unfortunately, is not the final number. we have more than 2000 wounded, hundreds of them severely wounded. so that will change as well. there is a high number of israelis held in gaza by these barbaric monsters that you call militants, but i called terrorists and animals. bloodthirsty animals. they have taken women, children, elderly, disabled, and the stapled elderly people. they have taken them into the gaza strip. they have paraded them on the streets of gaza. they are rejoicing in their achievement, and waiting to bargain with the bodies, or the live persons that they've taken. these are the enemies that we are facing. we have had the worst day in
10:12 am
his really history when it comes to casualties. never before have israeli civilians and soldiers been killed in one day. so in american terms, this is a pearl harbor, and 9/11 altogether. from our perspective, our relative size. as this is an unprecedented attack in cruelty, barbarity, and scope, our response will be an unprecedented response. the truism, is the paradigms of thought of yesterday, they will be gone. we will not be lenient, tender, and ever careful military that is careful for bleeding hearts around the world to lecture us on human relations. we will take this battle to hamas. they will pay a price that they
10:13 am
have never paid before for their atrocities. >> lieutenant colonel, tell me, and i'm sympathetic to all you've said, and i will say whatever -- you give to the palestinian militants, or terrorists, their actions are truly barbaric. there is no way around that. let me ask you about the situation with the military right now. are there skirmishes still underway there on israeli soil? how confident are you that you can quickly eradicate any palestinian militants, terrorists, as you want to call them, that were there in israel? >> yes. we are 36 hours into the fighting. unfortunately, we have not yet establish control of all of our sovereign territory. there were still terrorists that are on the israeli side of the border that are engaging in battle with the israeli civilians. mostly israeli troops.
10:14 am
southern israel is awash with israeli troops that have been pushed down and all to find and kill each and every palestinian terrorists that has gone into israel with the purpose of killing israeli civilians. that is what we're doing. it is a heavy task, and it takes time. we would've wanted to be completed this, but we haven't done so already. we will continue tonight to do so, and once we finish that's, then we'll be able to focus all of our efforts in the south on taking the battle to hamas, and inflicting unprecedented damage to the military wing of hamas, and making sure that they will not be able to govern the gaza strip ever again. >> lieutenant colonel, before you get to that step, biden madrid trying to rescue, recover any of the hostages, which we don't have form
10:15 am
numbers. can you confirm the number of 100? there is speculation that there are potentially more. sir, when it comes to military operations inside of gaza, of course, there has to be concerned about the risk of injury or killing some of the hostages as well. talk about the precision with which you have to go about those operations. >> it's not so much about our precision, and it's about the fact that we know that these monsters that are holding our civilians and soldiers in gaza are more than willing to execute these people, and i'm sure that they will want to leverage it in the media for every ounce of effect, and terrorizing effect by the israeli civilians and decision-makers. >> lieutenant colonel, i think my, i think, i meant precision, sir. the difficulty of tried to extract these hostages safely. i know the israeli military has
10:16 am
the capacity to pinpoint and do very well when it comes to striking a target. that said, if you have israeli hostages that are being held in a home, in a tunnel, in places that you don't yet have the intelligence, what kind of challenges that provide? >> it is a tremendous, out of this world challenge for any military. even for the u.s. military, the mighty u.s. military. it definitely is for our military. it is a challenge that we have not met before. i definitely hope we will never, ever meet again. this challenge as well, we will find ways to overcome it. i can assure you that the decision-making by israeli commanders will be cool headed. it will be focused, professional, and we will aspire to achieve our military aims with minimal damage in gaza, with maximum effect on hamas and all of the terrorists
10:17 am
that are behind this attack against israel. if i may, i would like to say one more thing to people watching in the u.s., who may know more or less about israel, maybe have different views about israel. for all who love freedom, democracy, and free society, you should be supporting israel. whether or not you like the state, or think that we are okay or not, that is less important than what has happened today. our civilians have been barbaric lee attacked by bloodthirsty monsters coming from gaza. i don't exaggerate. once you will show pictures of the carnage left in israel by these terrorists who went in, and butchered our civilians, you will understand the magnitude, the challenge, what we israelis are. facing i ask you, please judge our actions today, and in the
10:18 am
future, according to the carnage that you have seen them inflict on our civilians. that is -- >> israeli defense forces i can assure you that the world is watching. thank you so much for your time, sir. let's go from there to wash intendant, and b.c.'s courtney kube. courtney, welcome. i understand that there is new information on u.s. military plans, as all these tensions are escalating in the middle east. what can you tell us? >> that's. right one thing that we have been watching for, ever since this all started early saturday morning is will the u.s. military react with some show of presents? show of support? what we now know is that the u.s. military does have some plans to move some u.s. military, u.s. navy ships closer to israel into the mediterranean. some u.s. military aircraft closer to israel. now the u.s. officials i spoke to who are familiar with this planning said that this is about a show of support. in addition to that, alex, it could also serve another purpose. that is that the u.s. is very
10:19 am
actively planning for the possibility of some sort of and evacuation. if americans have to get out of israel, in the u.s. government has to help them, some of these military assets could be used for that. remember what we saw on sudan several months ago. the u.s. military put ships off the coast nearby, and they were able to put civilians on those ships to get them to safety out of harm's way. that is another reason that some of the ships could be moving closer to the area. again, the officials i spoke with said that a big part of this is a show of support for israel in the aftermath of this attack. like we just heard about from the idf spokesperson. >> so you are not hearing anything about actual military movements out of place, and show of support. by the, way when you move the ships, is not like they move, you know, instantly. it'll take a few days, correct? to move them into a position? >> yes, absolutely. so some have to come from further than others. we should not expect this, while the plans and the movement may begin immediately, we should not expect to have
10:20 am
all of these assets in place for the next few days. as you said, it will take several days for specifically the ships, more so than the aircraft are going to place. i do expect that we will get more details in the coming hours or days about what exactly it is that they're putting into the area. >> and let me ask, you, courtney is there any educated analysis on how many americans are in the region? potentially in harm's way, or, can you verify any of the reports that some americans have either been killed or taken hostage? >> it's a chaotic time, it's hard to get all the details at this point. >> absolutely. i will say, that's one of the big questions. a lot of us have been asking this from the beginning. the reality, is not just that americans, but dual citizens in israel. people are telling us that the numbers are in the tens of thousands who maybe their. this is an enormous logistical undertaking. if they do call for an
10:21 am
evacuation, or any kind of, what the military calls, and i have to stress, alex, at this point they have not ordered anything like that. because of the logistical challenges with the ongoing conflict, the high number of americans who are there, who may be in harm's way, that is what the planning has really kicked into high gear right now. they are looking at what options should the biden administration decide to call for any kind of an evacuation. and i also want to stress that these military who are moving into this region, you're absolutely right to say that while they are moving closer, there is no talk of officials who have spoken with about the u.s. military getting actively involved in the conflict there. >> julie confirmed. i know that that would be something that a lot of our viewers want to know for certain. thank, you. courtney let us know when you get more details, please come back over to cameron we'll talk to that. thank you. in the meantime, secretary of state, anthony blinken, deflecting, for now, the questions about why neither israeli nor u.s. intelligence got ahead of saturday's hamas attack. >> do you acknowledge that both
10:22 am
israeli intelligence officials and u.s. intelligence officials were caught off guard here? >> this is an attack that i don't think anyone saw coming in the immediate. >> so was it an intelligence failure, mister secretary? do you acknowledge it was an intelligence failure? >> we will have plenty of time to, the israelis well plenty time to look into that. all of us will have time to look into that. >> i want to bring in jeremy bash, former chief of staff at the cia, and department of defense during the obama administration. welcome back, jeremy. pretty horrific circumstances under which we've to welcome you to the show. are you reading anything between the lines of secretary blinken's response? >> he acknowledged that we were all caught off guard. i think by definition, this is an intelligence failure. it's actually more than that. it's also a border security failure. i think the question, alex, at this hour, where will israel go next? certainly it will battle
10:23 am
palestinian terrorists that have infiltrated the country. they will have rescue operations. then we can expect a comprehensive, thorough degradation and destruction of hamas is more making capabilities inside of gaza. i think the question, as will the violence spread to the west bank? more fundamentally, will israel launch military tax? i think they would be absolutely justified in doing so against other around proxies around the region. after, all losses main patron is iran, which does not want to see greater integration, greater peace between israel and the arab states. >> so, on that front, has -- given the military might of hezbollah, how delicately does israel have to approach something like that if they choose to engage them forcefully? >> zero delicate-ness, if you
10:24 am
will. i think that they will be dealing with hezbollah with a tough iron fist. hezbollah is a terrorist military that has about 200,000 medium and long range ballistic missiles aimed directly at israel. israel is a pretty small country. you know, 9 million people. about the size of rhode island. one main populated center around tel aviv. israeli officials referred to the country as a country of just 100 targets. if a terrorist military with ballistic missiles can fire 100 targets strategically at the center part of israel, it's going to be a very difficult day for israelis, and they know that. the israeli civil defense authorities have the civilian population while trying to scurry to bomb shelters. the united states have helped build the anti-dome rocket artillery to support israel's defense. so they have to go on the offensive across the northern border, not only into lebanon but also syria did take out
10:25 am
hezbollah and other proxy positions. i wouldn't be surprised, alex, if israel also undertook operations as far as the persian gulf, to takeout iranian naval assets, and even their air assets. if iran is behind this attack, and israel, as i said, would be completely justified in launching such operations. we, the united states, would do precisely that. >> gotta tell, you jeremy, what you are laying out as possible, it is an all outs middle east war. is a scenario something that you can see playing out in the near future? >> i can. i think israel's calculus is going to be, israel is on the path to some very significant diplomatic breakthroughs here with the saudis. if they can get assurances from the united states, and the saudis, and the emiratis, and other gulf countries, that, you know, israel is going to be able to make peace, and have normalization, and that is
10:26 am
going to continue. these military operations are not going to affect that. i think israel is going to go very far in conducting this military operation. if the military, if they're thwarting the diplomatic efforts, it's going to have to be sequenced. israel's going have to deal with the terrorists, deal with iran, have to deal with the threats to sit to simmons and its borders, and then purse or piece of normalization and sequence. this is going to be israel's play to call. i think the united states is going to stand behind israel, which is what we've heard so far from the president, from the secretary of state, and every other senior biden administration official. by the way, this is bipartisan. you see on capitol hill as well. there is bipartisan support for israel at this hour, as there should be. >> right after the attack, jeremy, nbc news reported that the u.s. is discussing enhancing its intelligence sharing with the israelis? u.s. officials, said if the
10:27 am
israelis knew that an attack was imminent, they didn't share it with washington. can you give me a status of intel cooperation between these two nations? at least before saturday? >> it's very strong. his very tight. i would regard israel as one of america's most premier intelligence partnerships. we have very strong relations with all of the israeli security services, and there is ongoing dialogue. there are military trans together, it's one of the largest exercises in american military history, with the israelis -- there is joint training, there is real as the f-35 aircraft. there is just a very high level of cooperation between the united states and israel. certainly, if there is threatening information that other country, have it was certain that it would be shared. >> can i ask, you jeremy, when you see the size, the scope of this situation, clearlymonths
10:28 am
in planning. what shocked me,yesterday, is when we found of the palestinianurnalists were embedded with the militants, as they were crossing into israel. it is extraordinary that this did not get out. where do you think the failure and intelligence occurred? >> we're 30 hours into this, alex, it's too premature to. now israel has not been on the ground in gaza since 2005. they rely, of, course the network of informants, a network of human spies. they also rely on very sophisticated signals intelligence, penetration of hamas communications networks. the question is, where did that breakdown? was there a double agent information that was fed back to israel? or where they're sort of red flags and warnings that were not needed. it's really too early to, know anything, frankly, it's going to take months, realistically. you, know we in the united states didn't publish our analysis of 9/11 attacks until
10:29 am
july 2004. nearly three years after the 9/11 attacks. israel is going to embark on this year-long analysis. in the meantime, i can expect israel to conduct serious militant operations against the gaza militants, terrorists, these fighters from hamas, the palestinian jihad's. particularly throughout the region. >> all right, jeremy. thank you for sharing your expertise. >> thanks, alex. >> new word for the biden administration today on two big issues on the attack on israel. we're going to head to the white house next for those development headlines. we're back in 60 seconds. onds this month join the new subway mvp rewards program and get rewarded. get 50% off any footlong when you join subway mvp rewards. so many all star options. it's just for subway mvps right? you catch on quick herbert. join now and get 50% off any footlong.

ali, welcome. what are you hearing from the biden administration today on this? >> yeah, alex, well the white house has already called a meeting today. we don't expect to see president biden, or hear from him publicly. the white house is giving us a sort of peek into what's going on behind the scenes, as we continue to see this all hands on deck continue, this was started in the wee hours of the morning. yesterday. in just the last few minutes, the white house released a readout of this second call the president biden has had with prime minister netanyahu, in which, according to the white house, the president told netanyahu that additional assistance was going to be provided for israeli defense forces. the president telling netanyahu that it's already on its way to israel. he said that he is going to fall over the coming days. that comes after the white house said that israel had me to specific requests for more aid since this conflict began. that's really the big question that we had been asking since
10:32 am
this attack started. how the u.s. is going to provide more support to israel, especially after we heard president biden give his remarks yesterday about israel having whatever it needed to be able to continue, to defend itself. what u.s. officials, according to the white house, are working on now, and we heard secretary of state, anthony blinken, talk about this with our colleague, christian, is confirming these reports that americans are among those killed and taken hostage since this attack began. listen to some of those comments here. >> we have reports that several americans may be among the dead. we are working to verify those reports. similarly, we've seen reports about hostages. there are, again we're very actively trying to verify them. and now that down. >> meaning that there could be some u.s. citizens who have been taken hostage as well, mister secretary? >> that's correct.
10:33 am
>> alex, u.s. officials are working on what options they have to be able to help israel get people out of where hamas militants have taken the sausages. that is what we know is being worked on behind the scenes, as we continue to see national security teams, biden administration officials work and coordinate with their israeli counterparts, as well as other middle eastern officials. to be able to gather, as we talked about yesterday, as much intelligence as they can. on what's going on on the ground in israel, right, now before they announce any other big steps, alex. >> understandably so. all, right thank you so much. at the white house. joining me right, now former fbi special agent in msnbc national security analyst, clint watts. clint, thank you. so it is extraordinary what went down. were you surprised by the scope, and the apparent level of coordination of these attacks as well? the complexity. the scale of this assault.
10:34 am
this has many people believing that hamas must have had some kind of outside support, possibly from iran. what are your thoughts on this? >> yeah, in terms of just the intelligence from the israeli side, it is shocking to me having been there a couple of times, haven't contacts with the war on terror, the israeli intelligence services. it's just shocking that they didn't catch this. they have unprecedented technical intelligence. they have incredible human intelligence in ways that very few countries have. to miss this in a coordinated way, as you noted, you were talking about multiple cities and villages. 2200 rockets, all of this would be, we saw resources, we should've seen resources be built up. communications being coordinated. training and or planning in terms of these assaults. and then in terms of execution, if you look at even what's happening since they cross the

border yesterday, when you see the israelis engaged targets almost immediately. that's because they are prepared for these things normally. separately, in terms of the u.s., you know, intelligence, i do wonder if the notion, and i think jeremy was on here just a few minutes ago, talking about the improving relations between israel and saudi arabia. the negotiations going. on maybe it's taking their eye off the, ball thinking that th work out well. there is a tiny perspective, people, if you were hamas, you see internal divisions within israel over the last few months. with reservist not showing up for protesting. you see these currencies, alliances and they have a time window they had to do it. they had a surprise attack, say the 50th anniversary of an invasion in 1973, it's pretty remarkable that this wasn't anticipated or detected. >> yes, when you talk about the
10:36 am
reservist not showing nap, there's been a lot of pushback because benjamin netanyahu is not a popular politician right now. he's facing a number of issues, there's been a lot of banks, and demonstrations within israel. this may have led to the focus of the military for those few. but i'm just curious. you use the word rudimentary. when it comes to coming up with a bulldozer to a border fence, and bulldozing that down, when it's militants hopping on motor scooters, or running across the border it seems so simplistic, granted they did have gliders that we're able to escape the iron dome because it wasn't upsetting to look at, but the simplicity of it, is that what is so shocking. that the efficacy of this, it's stunning. >> it is stunning, when you

allowed kevin mccarthy to have that short list of options, of people who would fill his place temporarily, including now. speaker patrick mchenry. they were describing government. this is not something that has broad from political republican infighting and our party. now, they don't have a speaker, they don't have the ability to choose a new speaker for a couple of days. they are confident, at least some republicans i spoke to, that now potentially this global crisis will get them to me together and coalesce behind one of the two men who are now running for speaker. congressman matt gaetz went to the ouster of kevin mccarthy, he was on with christie today, she pressed him on this issue. watch. >> did your actions this week to remove the speaker undermine u.s. national security and safety? >> well, i don't think that other countries think about kevin mccarthy's speakership quite as much as kevin mccarthy does.

a new speaker last, week we are prepared to do our. work kevin mccarthy was removed because he made multiple comp trajectory promises to people who ultimately could not be reconciled. the democrats didn't trust, and house republicans on the conservative side of caucus and trust him. that ultimately led to us taking the decision to move forward. >> obviously we heard from some republicans who want mccarthy to be reinstated. he already said he's not going to run. the house will be back tomorrow night to start meeting behind the scenes, to try to see if they can come to an agreement on who should be speaker at such a critical week. in the meantime, a lot of members are receiving on classified briefings with the senate. majority leader with bipartisan delegation visit. >> julie tsirkin, thank you so much from capitol hill for all of that. as the fighting intensifies, there is new responses today. this is countries in the region. we will have a live report from beirut next.

today from other countries in this crowded and chaotic region. let's go to matt bradley. he is joining us from beirut, lebanon. how are the officials and lebanon, and other countries in the region, and respond to this? >> >> alex, ever since the, everyone is looking at the gaza strip, at israel. they're also looking to lebanon. that's because hezbollah, an organization not unlike hamas. it's backed by iran. it sets at the border with israel. we just heard from john finer, the deputy national security adviser, heat expressing zaidi to our own jen psaki. here's what he said. >> what were much more concerned about, and it goes to the second party or question, is what role a and towards proxies, like hezbollah, are going to play going forward. i think you heard in the presidents remarks yesterday a very carefully worded statement that warned against any parties

hostile to israel, seeking advantage in the situation. that goes for our concerns about the possibility of the second front. emerging from southern lebanon. >> yeah, alex, we have seen some sightings about whether or not this could actually escalate beyond israel's borders. so far, all the signs are showing that it will. that could change at anytime. we just saw an exchange of fire over the blue line between lebanon and israel. that was done by hezbollah. hezbollah announced that the fired guided missiles into the farms area. that is in the region between israel and lebanon. it was disputed ever since the 1967 war. that was returned by some smaller drone attacks by the israelis. so far, it looks like we didn't see much in the way of injuries or deaths. hezbollah says this is in solidarity with the palestinians in their fight against israel. this is the kind of thing where it is significant for its lack of significance.
10:49 am
we saw this limited attack. hezbollah it is capable of reaching into israel and pummeling some israeli targets. the israelis are perfectly capable of firing back, and really hitting in a comprehensive, devastating, maya's they've done before, hezbollah targets. another one has done. that that just goes to show the right, now in this critical moment, we're not seen this escalate. we're just seeing, we're just kind of the war equivalent to a hand raise, or vote. an expression of solidarity, but one that looks like both sides are determined to keep this from escalating any further. again, alex, that could change it anytime. that all depends on how israel responds, and how hamas responds in the coming days and weeks. alex. >> i change honored. i'm okay, thank you so much. in from beirut. so while the actual shock of that unprecedented attack in israel is still sinking in, it does have some feeling of history repeating. that's next. ating. that's next. dogs have been such an important part of my life.
