conversation. >> it may get lost in the conversation, but what is remarkable is i got a look at some polls taken in june and it is remarkable. there is almost across-the- board support for your position. increased military action, 6%. continue military actions, only 27% of those under 30. every group want israel to stop its military actions. half of those under 30 say so. even those over 65 and pluralities of everyone else. should the u.s. send arms to israel? 61% said no, do not send arms to israel and under 30 it is 77% to say do not send arms. the only group who was the other way is 44% of those 65 and up. this has become an almost universal position for americans that the u.s. should not be arming israel and what it is doing in gaza. does that give you a sense of

hope the policies could change? >> absolutely and i want to be clear. a poll showed democrats and independents in georgia, arizona and i believe pennsylvania were more likely to vote for the candidate willing to condition weapons, because people do not like watching innocent children be, frankly, mass murdered with our bombs and you see the shrapnel next to their bodies with our american flag on it. that is an awful thing to watch and we bear responsibility. when you hear a lot of us talking about this it is because we recognize and are hearing from our voters that anyone willing to stop this, i will excitedly vote for them. again, there is excitement. my argument is this. why take any chances especially when we won in 2020 with such small margins. i saw people wearing cease-fire pins and shirts and it was beautiful. so when people ask me why i'm not giving up on this, it's because the people are ready

for this. they want peace. they don't want their money going to weapons. we want to keep our hospitals in georgia open. we want to reopen clinics where half of our counties don't have one in georgia. it is universal because we understand that this is harming people, but also indirectly harming us. >> i don't have time to play your speech but i will posted on social media so people can post a bit of it. i know you did give it outside the venue. it is lovely and i hope people will watch and listen to you. would you like to talk to the vice president real quick? we have like two seconds. >> again it is now up to them. we offered a gift and they said they don't wanted and we are hoping they can commit to these issues. >> we hope you can come together and have that conversation. georgia representative ruwa romman, thank you for that. that is tonight's "reidout". "all in with chris hayes" starts now. tonight on "all in" --
