4:06 pm
exactly that and yet mitch mcconnell says it's not the issue. >> again, misinformation. demonizing legislation and i think many have in the even read. if they did, they would also understand that 98% of americans would not be paying a penalty, but more importantly, 30, 40 million, the number keeps going up and down, it's the exact issue of individuals who lay on sick beds an hospitals without opportunity for insurance coverage and when i say they lay on sick beds, they're in emergency rooms because they can't get into hospitals because they have to go right out the door or maybe some of them fall sick right at the door of the emergency room because they're checkinging cards and coverage and i understand hostals. they've got to survive and those individuals don't even get into the hospital. so to the minority leader, by falsifying the information, it's confusing americans.
4:07 pm
it is in essence distorting what is a positive step towards not only coverage, martin, but preventive care, coverage of children from birth to adulthood. the elimination of the donut hole for seniors. 3.5 million of them saving billions of dollars and i asked the minority leader what is your answer for the throngs that are not standing outside waiting to get into the various health facilities and they cannot? what is your answer. >> his answer is that's not the issue. we already know what mitt romney thinks of this. because he implemented the same system in massachusetts. but when republicans talk about repealing and replacing this act, do you know what they plan to replace with? i mean, what is their strategy? for revolving the issue of 13 plus million uninsured
4:08 pm
americans? what is it? i spend the whole weekend watching every single public affairs program. i didn't find a single constructive alternative that reslor revolves that problem. do you know what it is? >> they're embarrassed. they are embarrassed and the reason is because they can dmot overcome young people being able to stay on insurance. they can't overcome lifetime, no lifetime caps. they can't overcome the senior citizen relief they're getting, so in actuality, they believe no news is good news and that's what they've given the american people. absolutely no news, but they are giving them pain. and the pain will be the lack of this coverage and they are ignoring of course, governor romney, who had many, many statements indicating he wanted no free riders. he thought it was a good thing for people who could afford health insurance to them to pay.
4:09 pm
so in essence, no. they do not have an answer. i'll tell you what they have an answer. their answer is to go to walmart and buy one of those 2,000 piece or 1,000 piece puzzles and then to throw it all on the ground and then spend another decade or 20 years trying to place that puzzle together. that's what's going to happen on july 11th when they implode the decision they believe of the supreme court and the desire for people to have health care and polling only shows distortion. when you distort something, of course the american people don't understand, but i believe my friends are embarrassed and what we're going to do on july 11th is going to be embarrasses. >> may i extend to you a very hap happy fourth of july holiday. gl thank you and you have a wonderful week as well. >> stay with us. much me ahead. >> all of a sudden, you have a candidate who is going to do everything he can and will do. i mean, he will end obamacare,
