san diego mayor bob filner has become in earnest. filner has been accused by at least 16 women by unwanted sexual advances. now trying to get him out of office has a month to get 197,000 signatures. they took events across the city to get out the message. despite his admitting his behavior was quote wrong early on he has resisted calls to leave the office. city officials could also try to remove him by investigating by whether he misused his city-issued credit cart. ral kelly blasting the ruling that the nypd's use of the stop and frisk tactic is unconstitutional. warning that people will die as a result of this decision. >> the mayor has been outspoken
