families, it's going to hurt small business, big business, entrepreneurs and the folks in agriculture. it's not a good thing. >> today a loan access to be shuttered. 10,000 workers are furloughed which could stall progress in a backlog and while some service is halted others are taking matters into their own hands. a billionaire couple is pledging $10 million to fund head start programs for poor children. it would reopen the programs in six states forced to close effecting 7,000 children. from main street to wall street, the starbucks ceo is pleading for stability on capitol hill. he surging fellow business leaders to put pressure on lawmakers to end the shutdown. he is utterly disappointed by the level of irresponsibility and dysfunction. but the government shutdown

deadly attack in benghazi. he was wanted in connection to the 1998 bombings of the u.s. embassies in kenya and tanzania. he's the 10th suspect in custody for that attack. and we know more about what's happening to him. the 49-year-old is being held on this naval carrier, the uss san antonio. he'll be questioned at sea for days or weeks. the cia, fbi and u.s. military will all be part of the interrogations. he will then stand trial in the u.s. for the bombings. of the ten people indicted, three remain at large. a store clerk brought a very large knife to a gun battle. you have to check this out. security camera footage shows a deli worker keeping his cool as
