and are released from prison. the scheme in florida and the manhunt is under way for 34-year-olds charles walker and joseph jenkins. they were released from franklin correctional institution within weeks of each other. but, the orange county sheriff's office only learned about it on tuesday. a judge says someone took his signature and electronically pasted it on bogus release orders. before that, phony documents for a phony sentence. >> this was one enterprise to break from jail. in my more than 35 years in the judicial system, i have never seen the state of florida file a motion to correct an illegal sentence. >> they are saying they were duped by the fraudulent orders. they don't know who did it, but they are investigating. >> they followed every procedure

classified files with him to russia. he's been holed up in russia since fleeing there in june. there is zero chance the russians or chinese have any of the documents. this comes on the heels of u.s. intelligence officials expressing concern that foreign spies may have access to the secret files. snowden said he doesn't have copies of the files and he gave audiotape the encrypted documents to the journalist he met in hong kong. visitors at a utah state park are in hot water after posting video on facebook of them destroying an ancient rock formation. the group of boy scout leaders are seen pushing over the rock. they later say in the video, it looked like it was ready to collapse and might have hurt someone. after the rock falls they are seen laughing and high fiving each other. utah state officials are not

politics, kevin, good morning, kevin. >> good morning, betty. happy friday. >> happy friday. boy, this has been quite the week. i want to ask you about that. people are wondering, is this the new normal? we have seen this play out way too many times. >> exactly. what happened and how this ended is exactly how everybody predicted it would, congress kicking the can down the road to mid january and early february, we could see the debt ceiling battle in the summer, once all this plays out. that being said, the date to watch is mid december, when senator patty murray, democrat and representative paul ryan are going to have to see if they can work together to come to an agreement about a continuing resolution. it's anyone's guess how that will play out. >> together in agreement. yesterday, the president said there were no winners. he really tried to refocus the issues. honestly, where do you see the next battle waged?

>> the next battle is over the budget. the president hit the nail on the head, there were no winners. the folks impacted by this are the small business owners who i interviewed who couldn't get a loan to open a business ahead of the holidays. it's freezing the market and leading to market uncertainty. >> the gop is gearing up to hone in on the glitches in registering for obama care. is that really what we are going to see play out now? it's not known how many people were able to register online. is this really an attacking point? >> you know, i think it is. i think if there's one thing the republicans did successfully in all this, they forced the issue of obama care back to the forefront of the political discourse. as we head into 2014, obama care remains largely a polarizing issue and one i think many americans are unsure of. as you mentioned, we are not sure how successful or unsuccessful that launch was. >> yeah, we are still waiting
